This is my first Ipad and I am genuinely happy with it . It is very light and the apps performance is very good. Pictures have good resolution and look very good especially on Facebook . FaceTime is absolute delight. Forget skype or any other video calling. It sometimes becomes unresponsive and reboots, this is most likely due to iOS 7 issues and will see resolution sometime soon with update to iOS 7. Overall I am very happy with it

It worked OK initially, but I updated iOS and then it kept crashing. Hard reset to scratch and the next day the WiFi wouldn't connect. I think it was just a bad egg, so I returned it and am going to get another one.

I just replaced my old 3rd gen ipad with this air and it's the best ipad yet. Speed is fast. The 128gb is great, as I can have several movies on it, when I travel, so I don't have to always depend or pay for WiFi service or even use my LTE service plan

Dragged my feet for a year about buying an iPad Air. Thought I wouldn't use it, or wouldn't like it, couldn't have been more wrong. Couldn't be happier with how easy & fun this is to use. I only wish we would have bought it sooner. It's only going to make fantasy football all the more fun this season! (although my husband & I are already fighting over gets to use it now :o)

need at least a touch ID and a better camera to make it Outstanding

This is my third ipad. All of the other iPads are still used by others that I passed them on to. The Air was a big enough leap to justify the upgrade. The smaller physical size and weight is amazing, but the faster speed really justifies the upgrade.

This is my first Apple product purchased. It pretty much does what it's supposed to do. There are many apps at the Apple App store available for sure so that's a plus. I guess the downside is that I'm used to my laptop and what I can do with that and it seems like the iPad just comes up a bit short. There's just some things that work differently on the iPad and, in my opinion, not as well. Speed wise, it blows my old vintage Vista laptop away without a doubt. One of the hassles that's been talked about is having to enter in your username/password whenever you want to purchase something on the Apple sites. There must be an easier way, like the iPhone has with the fingerprint identity sensor. Even my vintage laptop has a fingerprint reader.sensor!! Maybe I should have waited to purchase the iPad Air since I'm sure that will be something that will be added on soon. As a side note..... I bought this for my wife as a Christmas present. It seems to me that all this electronic stuff....the smartphones, tablets, etc.....are just more distractions in life. People are just soooo taken in by their devices that they seem to be obsessed with them and forget about the real world around them. I refrain from talking to people when they are using their electronic devices since they are rarely paying attention to you while they are under the influence of their electronic leashes. Please control the machine......don't let the machine control YOU!!! Sorry about the rant!! Overall the iPad Air is quite impressive in a small lightweight package. If you want the bigger screen go with the iPad Air. If you want a smaller version that pretty much does all the same, go with the mini with the retina display and you won't be disappointed. I purchased the the 128GB Wi-Fi and AT&T cellular model due to traveling overseas and the AT&T network being a little more friendly in the coverage department.

This is my 3rd ipad. Needed to upgrade after my wife and daughter commandeered the other 2. Still the best tablet on the market. Added bonus: Ipad 5 with LTE is compatible with att, vz and tmobile. Just swap out the SIM card.

This is my 3rd iPad. I was going to try a Windows Tablet but the accessibility, ease of use and App Store makes this a great product.

This unit has all the capacity I need and performance to boost. The new WiFi performance is terrific. If you have a model older than a fourth generation it is clearly worth the upgrade.

Glad I waited for the iPad Air as my first iPad. Lightweight enough that it can be used for long periods of time. Battery life is almost double that of my laptop. Plug it in at night and it's good all day. Screen resolution is amazing.

I love it, the quality of the picture is much nicer than my IPAD 2. But I am disappointed that I did not get retina display for better quality photos and videos. Wish I had known about it.

This iPad lasted for almost 5 years. I was very pleased with it performance then I dropped it and the glass shattered,

My iPad goes everywhere with me. I rarely use my laptop anymore. This is my second one and I truly couldn't live without it!

I love the IPad Air, it's lighter and the picture is more crisp.

Excellent Tablet with a great screen and very responsive. Only which I can run my favorite browser, Firefox on it.
