This is fantastic! I wanted "something" to transfer my SCUBA camera shots, while on vacation, to my iPad & my system; and to quickly do this daily. This does the trick and so easy. I have been on 3 vacations with this adaptor, my iPad and instant downloads and memories. I will NEVER go on vacation without this.

This is a great way to transfer pictures from another camera, either your own or someone else's , giving an extra copy to edit or just save. My husband can take really good pictures with his Canon camera, save the best to a card and then I can quickly transfer them to my IPad. No more emailing pictures!

I purchased this to work with my Ipad to allow me to save things to transfer to my PC while on a business trip. While I know the adapter works, I can't seem to correctly save things.... this however is user error, not machine error.

Works OK but needs an adapter to fit iPad Air or iphones with smaller lightning charger port. It is cumbersome but I believe this is the only option currently available for direct camera connection to iPad or iPhone.

Bought this so I could transfer my pictures from my camera to my older IPad . Definitely makes it easier for this task. No problem using it, all you do is plug it in the port and your ready.

This is great when I am taking pictures and I want to review them immediately on a screen bigger than the back of my camera! Would highly recommend.

Everything hooks up ok, but I got a message that the iPad did not have enough power to support the device. Not sure what happened. It's only a chip.

Took on vacation and used every night!! My nephew who travels for work uses it and recommended it.

This does exactly what I needed it to do. Can preview my trail camera pictures in the field on a large display! COnnects easily to the Ipod and brings the pictures right up.

I had a generic off brand adapter that blew out after 4 uses. I bought the apple adapter and the images from my Nikon d700 to the apple ipad photo library moved flawlessly.

This adapter does exactly what it says. I was able to plug in my little Olypus camera into it and download all of My photos from work at the end of the day.
