    I bought this iPad mini to replace my iPad Air 16GB. So I will stick to the differences I felt after this change. Positives + Very Handy compared to Air + One handed use very much possible + Able to type in notes when standing up for long time without fatigue + Fits in my lab coat pocket + Battery life is impressive(Air was not bad either) + 64GB (Air was 16GB and I was forced to remove my data and apps for even doing the upgrade to iOS 8) Negatives - Colors look better in iPad Air - Regular website(not mobile version) text are tiny to read and needs pinch to zoom always.

    Went from a Wi-Fi iPad mini to a 4g/Wi-Fi iPad mini. Only $10 a month on my cell bill. So worth the extra cost to be connected anywhere.

    This iPad mini 2 is little beast. Same specs as the iPad air, only difference is the size and battery size, everything else is identical as the iPad air.
