Got what I expected, quality machine with some slight OS issues. Product is great.

It is slow learning for me but I do like this a lot. It is great to read the Bible on it or to let the ipad read it to you.

I was in best buy looking for a laptop. I couldn't find one that I liked so I purchased the iPad. Overall not a bad product

My only complaint is that the battery doesn't last as long as my android phone. But that is something I can live with.

This devise is not safe to carry without a case. Internet suscription is expensive

Overall a good product. A great toy but not so great for business if you need to do more than just scheduling/emailing.

use mainly for internet use and is ok my grandson and friends love to play games

Replacing a stolen iPad. I like the older version and knew how to use it. I wasn't sure if I needed new features.

Really it is just a bigger iPhone in my opinion. Doesn't do anything to justify buying it if you already have an iPhone.

Meets my expectations for a tablet. We not in use it sleeps great so it does not have to live plugged in all the time.

Bought it online and it arrived ealier than I expected. The ipad was easy to set up and use. So far so good.

WORST PRODUCT I EVER BOUGHT. OVERPRICED. UNABLE TO USE. NO INSTRUCTION, TRIED TO GET INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE ENCLOSED INFORMATION, COULD NOT. I TELEPHONED COMPANY, WAS TOLD THE I COULD NOT RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS FROM INFO THAT WAS INCLUDED IN PRODUCT. WAS GIVEN A WEBSITE THAT I DOWNLOADED, COULDNT UNDERSTAND HALF OF CONTENTS. CONTACTED RELATIVES THAT ARE COMPUTER SAQVY, THEY COULD NOT HELP. CONTACTED APPLE SALESMAN AT STORE, HIS REPLY IS IF I WAS LOOKING FOR A COMPUTER, I BOUGHT THE WRONG PRODUCT. I RETURNED FOR A REFUND ASND BOUGHT A ASUS COMPUTER (FOR LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE OF THE APPLE) AND I AM VERY HAPPY. THE PERSON ON THE PHONE CALL TOLD ME THAT THERE NO INSTRUCTIONS BECAUSE THEY WANT TO SAVE TREESS. FOR THE AMOUNT I SPENT WITH CASE AND COVER (JUST UNDER 700 DOLLARS) I THINK I DESERVED THE PAPERWORK, ESPECIALLY AFTER ALL THE TROUBLE THAT WAS CAUSED BY IT.

I'm still new to the ipad and getting used to it. It can be frustrating when I can't figure out how things work.

I DO WISH IT HAD INSTRUCTIONS THAT WOULD HELP A GREEN HORN LIKE ME.

This is a good buy however needs the cell card to be easier to transport without looking for hotspots

PURCHASED FOR MY HUSBAND THAT HATES COMPUTERS AND HE LOVES IT. SO EASY TO USE ESPECIALLY WITH A STYLUS.
