I purchased the ipad to display pictures to customers who are interested in seeing my handmade wood products. The screen clarity is fantastic and the ability to zoom in is incredibly helpful. The batter life is very good. I would recommend this over other "books/readers."

I bought this product for my 9 year old daughter. There was no learning curve what so ever. She opened it and had no problem with setup. It is easy and to the point. She likes having her books to read on there and the learning apps are great. No buyers remorse what so ever!

I have always been a PC guy but I have to say I see what the Apple lovers have been touting about! The Apple products are intuitive and user friendly. There are no super sub levels to their operating system and it is easy to find what your looking for. Great piece of tech!

IPad is new to me, a windows user. I like the simplicity and will probably replace windows with Mac as needed. Got the IPad to take on the road for company web/email access. Programs like Quickbooks appear to be better served up on more than an IPad. Fortunately, that part of business can wait until I am back in the office. Look forward to eventually making it my "new" kindle, for magazine subscriptions versus paper. Am also culling my favorite recipes into Paprika to reduce the cookbook clutter at home and have my recipes with me when I travel. My IPad is going to help me organize some of my paper clutter :)

I bought this mainly because of the screen/picture quality. I knew there would be some things I would not be able to do but, for my purposes, could work around it. This is the first Apple product I own..I like how it works and am pleased with the quality of the product.

I'm back to using my iPhone for just making calls. The display on this is remarkable. I never thought seriously about watching movies or sporting events on anything but a big screen TV. This changes all that.

I bought this iPad because I was sick and tired of having to take my laptop with me to bed. It was heavy and uncomfortable. This tablet solved that problem and more. It is practical to use and great for ones who just check email and browse the web. Love this tablet.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my girlfriend because she enjoys reading and working on the go... I have owned an iPad for years and can't imagine what I'd do with out it. She is quickly coming to the same conclusion as I did. Love it! Love it! Love it!

Apple products have been great for my family. We have iPods, iPhones, laptops, an iMac, and this iPad. This iPad is truly great for emailing and surfing the web, listening to music and podcasts, relaxing with a game, and reading articles and books. You'll love it!

We actually bought this as a "pacifier" for our 8 mo old son. He hates to be in his car seat, so we thought a discraction was in order. First we bought a mirror (that could hold an iPad). That didn't help at all. Then we bought the iPad and it was like MAJIC!

I used the Best Buy buy back program to get to the new iPad. I had no problems in setting up my new iPad and it works just like my old iPad just with the Retina display. While watching movies I can tell a difference in the display. I'm glad I made the switch.

It took me awhile before submitting to the iGadget craze being myself a previously devoted android user. Glad I took the plunge. I find this iPad much easier to use then the android tablet I previously owned. I may consider upgrading to the iPad Air.

This is my second unit. Purchased one in the spring for my personal and business use. When I needed it for almost full time business use my wife who had not been keen on the first purchase had taken it over and did not want to relinquish it. So....bought the second. It is the latest model with improve processor power and memory but has the lightning adapter. Fortunately so does my iPhone 5 so can use the cables for more than one device.

I've been using android devices for the last 4 years (early adopter). Maybe I'm too used to android that I don't find the iPad as useful. The hardware specs are sweet (fast processor, nice graphics, plenty of memory), but there are not many apps that I find useful for working (I'm a computational scientist). As a leisure device it's perfect.

My recent iPad purchase has been no disappointment. I had been using the first generation and was very impressed with the speed, photo quality and of course the new apple software. Apple is getting better and better at seamlessness between devices.

Adapting to a tablet is a big change for me but was relatively easy so far. Great for travel with so many apps to do anything I can think of. Using it for work and personal and enjoying the unease.

I wanted a tablet that would do everything that my iPhone does; so the iPad seemed like the logical choice. While I did look at cheaper options, in the end I didn't want to have to navigate multiple app platforms. So far I'm very pleased with my purchase.
