Ipad had to be returned for glitch

Everything was great until I completely lost sound and the ability to view videos. This occurred 2 weeks after I purchased it. Returned it to Geek Squad who did a restore on the unit. I took it back home and the same thing happened again 2 weeks later. Again returned it to Geek Squad and they exchanged it for a completely new ipad without question or problems and helped me get it set up again. They were very nice and helpful. Am hoping this doesn't happen again.

Great camera for newbies

It's nice to listen to music watch movies and other stuff all from streaming my information from my iPad to my Apple TV
