Love my iPad!

The few times I've had to call Apple Support, I have been very pleased with the service. However, I think they should provide free technical support for one year instead of only 90 days. Best Buy's assistance with setup when I bought my iPad was excellent from the saleswoman to everyone in the support area. I am very pleased with Best Buy.
