Had it for one day, screen bumps the case of my thin Microsoft Surface tablet and cracks! Within a few hours the phone had become unusable.

This review is based on my not so great experience with "order online pick up same day". My order status hasn't changed and I cant reach anyone at the store. Had I known the phone wouldn't be available I would've gone elsewhere. This is really frustrating.
