Love my new phone!! Works really well definitely a upgrade!

Unfortunately for me this device started getting hot to touch. I had not charged it yet and the screen was scrambled. Didn't expect that from an iPhone. I've used iPhone since they came on the scene. Battery performance was okay but not great.

Typical over priced apple product. Only reason I got this was my Motorola Razr couldn’t be used with WiFi calling due to not purchasing from provider

This was open box excellent condition and we received a wrong cable (Type c) instead of lightning. We spoke to central team and they suggested to go to any Best Buy store and get the cable exchanged and Best Buy store suggested this can only be done by central team. No one is ready to take responsibility of the wrong cable sent. This is quality check for an excellent condition open box

overall good phone but its too small for my hands might buy and might buy another one for my son

I bought it for a good price, however battery seems to die faster then usual and I am having speaker problems already.

TBH I bought this thinking my experience was going to be better than the XS i had model 10 iphone but nothing new or i ovation, but is a reliable phone it has that going u less you drop it LOl

already having issues with battery, not a good look for best buy.

I not happy or satisfied with this phone. I upgraded from a 7plus to this 13 which has multiple issues. Theres definitely connectivity issues, it logs me out of my apps, apple music is constantly skipping and glitching, issues connecting to the internet and I have issues opening email attachments and downloading documents. The audio isn't great either, low compared to the 7 and the 7 performed better. I'm very disappointed and I did troubleshoot several times.

Very disappointed. This phone was supposed to be like new. Looks wise it was great but shortly after having it, I could never use it on speaker phone. Whenever talking with someone on speaker, they could never hear me. It’s very frustrating when I still paid a good amount of money, expecting a Geek Squad certified item saying “it’s in like new condition”. Not sure if I’d purchase this kind of item from Best Buy again.

The iphone13 quit working 1 year and 4 months! It's an issue with iphone 13's... the screen goes black!

I've had this thing for just over a year and tonight I started having screen issues (ghost touch). Now I think I may have to get a new phone after just thirteen months of ownership, which is pretty frustrating. I got this phone because it still had the dual sim slots in it which would allow me to answer work calls on my personal phone, but honestly this phone just made me miss my old Android more and more.

Great phone but it broke in couple months so im not getting this phone its not worthy
