Like the phone-upgraded from iPhone X Having Bluetooth issues

Very nice phone. I think it will be the last phone i will ever need. Definitely buy one. In fact why stop there, buy 2 or 3. This phone is so good it might save your life one day.

I am disappointed as it does NOT work with ReSound Hearing Aids as my Apple 8 did. It is a waste of money for any veteran who has hearing aids.

Box was already open when I received it looked to be already looked at at least had to spend an hour at Best Buy returning it then getting a black one because it was all they had and I didn’t want to wait again. The people at the store at least were nice. But if I charged for wasted time you would owe me.

Would like to leave a great review but I got a cardboard box with bubble wrap and no phone. Called to reorder and it was supposed to be here 3 days ago. Still no ETA for the phone.

I upgraded from the iPhone X to this phone. So far it’s been awesome. It’s faster when loading apps and games. The screen is gorgeous. And omg the battery is the best part. I didn’t have to charge it for 2 days from when I opened it from the box. The only complaint I have is there are small small Scratches on one side of the screen. You can only see it when sunlight hit it just right. It’s extremely hard to see even when your trying to look for it. I highly recommend anyone to spend the extra to get the pro max just for battery alone.

The battery life is even better - the new A15 chip is faster than most laptops and the new 120hz OLED display is a massive improvement. Then there are the upgraded Cameras which make this a truly awesome phone.

Awful This wasn’t a recent purchase Best Buy allowed someone to buy a phone on my att plan even though I had extra security set up .

Great phone in everyway. Disclaimer* I jumped from 6plus to 13 pro max. Everything rocks-pic quality, speed, microphone, sound quality, video, battery life. And the camera is off the charts for a phone. Simply incredible. Can’t recommend enough. Only complaints are if I shake my leg the phone thinks I’m driving and doesn’t show battery percent in top right corner(had to add a widget). Awesome phone tho

It sucks it broke in less that 2 months and I couldn’t get it replaced. The case came undone on its own

In my opinion, from owning the iPhone 12, the iPhone 13 Pro Max is not an S update. The experience between the two devices is night and day. The battery is 1000% times better, the camera in low light is the best I have experienced in a phone, and the build quality when compared to anything else is un- matched. The device does take some getting use to because the iPhone 13 pro max is not a small phone. You can manage with one hand use, but you do have to do some juggling so I would recommend a case of some kind. If you have anything older than an 11, going to the 13 is going to be an upgrade for you and you will definitely see the difference. If your moving on from the 12, what you will notice right off the bat is the better battery and screen quality.

Bad product only last 5 days I'm still waiting for a replacement after a month

I’ve had this phone for almost 3 years and it works just as good as the day I got it. The quality is far better than they used to be.

it gets good battery life the apps on this phone are more stable. then android os love that u can group face time up to 32 people love features it offers I recommend this phone its worth the money camera in Portrait mode is awesome Apple Pay is the best u won't regret buying this phone
