Once Apple released iOS 8, this phone becomes very slow... Other then that, its just like any other Apple product. Well engineered, good quality and very elegant.

This phone is very good, but it is locked. So I just use it as ipod touch.

Insurance needs to go back to how it use to be at best buy. Don't like this new insurance program.

There is a learning curve on the iPhone particularly when upgrading from an old flip phone. The associate was very patient and helpful.

Good program that runs fast and efficient. Easy to carry and light weight. Screen get dirty quite easily and not very easy to clean. Camera not good.

got a great deal on this iPhone. easy to use, good sound for my music, good camera and easy to access internet and email. need to work on the different aps to download, not done many so far.

Love apple products and think this is an amazing phone. Would buy again.

I upgraded my old android phone to this and I have never looked back. The 5 is out now but this phone was free so I'm definitely not complaining...

great phone for the prices. The only missing is 4G LTE speed. But 3G speed worked for my wife. She also can connect to Wifi where is available.

Iphones are nothing new, this is an excellent model. Same problems as always, battery life and service reception. but overall happy with purchase.

I love having an iphpne because its just so simple to use and i dont have any problems with it that cant be fixed. The obly thing i dont like is the app store and how music and ringtones have to be done through itunes because they charge money for things that would be free with the android market.
