Sound is poor. You can not hear very well on the telephone. Most things come across garbled. Went to buy a new phone because AT&T showed that we were due for a new phone. After spending an hour picking out the phone, transferring data and printing out the contract - AT&T showed it was an early upgrade. Did not want to go through the process of having cancelling the sale so concluded the transaction. Called AT&T and customer service said there was nothing they could do. Signal reception is horrible. My friends with Verizon get better reception. Thinks before you buy this phone and renew with AT&T.

I expected something better than my 4S iPhone. It seems the same. The typing really bothers me because it is so sensitive that it hits the letter next to it instead. It's irritating for a fast typer.

Love the phone, but don't get caught without your charger! Battery is down in a days time where my I Phone 4 only needed to charge every 4 to 5 days with the same amount of usage!

I think the screen looks generic. iPhone 4 nicer. Color is ugly. Plastic case is cheap. I was very upset that I paid $99 for it and 3 weeks later, it's .99 cents!

I bought this phone to fit in at school and because I didn't want to put any thought or creativity into using my phone. This phone helps me fit in with the pack and do exactly what everyone else does with their phone but I want to be my own person and customize my phone... IPhone doesn't let me do that. I hate my phone and myself for being a conformist. I hope I lose my phone or it gets accidentally run over by a combine so I can get an android.

Screen cracked after dropping it 6inches. Weak frame and body.

Useful apps I use, but features I miss from my Galaxy. Screen size should be made larger and please get a swype keyboard.

It's ok, but get the 5 s. Battery life is terrible. Can only use apple cord to charge. Rip off
