Call quality is poor, I am unable to get signal in my home, which earlier never was a problem with the 4s. While driving, I frequently find weak signal quality disrupting my calls

A very bad and frustrating experience. Had to charge battery five or six times a day. Returned to Best Buy and salesperson changed a setting. This did no good . Then returned again to find out Best Buy would do nothing to help. It was about 20 days later and the 15 day warranty had expired. This is such a poor policy of the store and I will take my business elsewhere for now on. Apple replaced the phone quickly, but the damage was done.

The battery on this phone only lasts for about 8 hours and then must be plugged in for at least 10 hours to fully charge the battery.

It has not been a good choice for me because it stops working in the middle of an email or other service.

I did not have a good experience with it!! I research it thoroughly read reviews, ask friends and they loved theirs. So I think my was a lemon!!. I did like the color and touch button and that it was compatible with my I pad. I was very disappointed in this product and didn't want to try another one. Best buy returned it no question ask and I did appreciate that!!

The iPhone c I bought for my son gobbled data at over a gig a day. I had several calls into apple which lasted hours with no resolution. Finally, AT&T agreed to replace the phone with an android. Couldn't be more dissatisfied unless Steve Jobs came back to life and kicked me in the teeth. Save yourself a lot of trouble. Stay away from the 5c.

I haven't had the phone barely a month, and it dies all the time. Best buy said they'd send it in, but I'd only get a refurbished phone which is not fair. I'll now have to drive over an hour to get to an apple store. I wish I had just kept my old phone.

The camera us horrible I hate it!!! Takes bad pics. When the phone rings, trying to slide it open takes forever. I want another phone!!!! Worst purchase dcer. Can i exchange this phone???

I upgrade to an Iphone 5C and its the best choice that I ever made in choosing a phone.

I went from an S4 to an Apple, and everyone that knew me thought I lost my mind, and I did too, that's until I started playing with the phone. I love the iOS ecosystem. Very vibrant colors, natural saturation, flawless transition between apps, pages, etc. I love it. I'm 6'2" , some would consider me a "big guy" but the iphone 5c fits right in my hands...just the right size. And the updated OS makes it even sweeter. But the only bad part about the phone, is that it's clearly the iphone 5, repackaged and given a hyperglazed backing. Other than that....it's great!

My son like it. It's great phone has all what he looking for nice size and the price was very good deal this was the best birthday present as my son said. And the good thing in this phone has all kind of coolers you can chose from, and has very strong wifi which is better than iPhone 5

Great iPhone for all users also get a rubber case.

I was excited to play wit it until I notice the home button on the bottom doesn't work. First time buying an iPhone and I got a defective one. Doesn't look very appealing to me. I'll give it another chance follow by another chance if I have to. Hopefully next one will have a good working home button. Everything else seems to look very good. It runs very smooth, the camera takes great pictures.

I have never had a problem with my phone purchases from bestbuy. Always simple and convient.

It is convenient and easy to use. It is invaluable for gps and managing all internet activities.

I bought this phone for my teenage daughter. It is wonderful and she loves it. Although I have the iPhone 5, I actually like the 5c better. It feels great in your hand and iOS 7 is a beautiful and elegant system. I highly recommend this phone for everyone in your family.

Best iPhone yet. No issues what so ever. Sounds are great and the connectivity is really fast and amazing.

Works great ,no problems . I've even dropped it a couple of times and it still looks like new
