I've always loved the convenience of the iPhones. The 5c is faster and even easier to use.

For the first iPhone user, the phone looks cool. But the battery needs to be improved as its a smartphone and you are always on the phone playing, talking, etc.

If you've had an iphone this is a breeze, the new IOS takes a bit to get used to, but it's pretty "idiot proof". If i could suggest anything - spend the money and just get an otter box, which i realize defeats of purpose of the slimmer design but, otherwise, if ANYTHING happens to the phone you're essentially screwed. The screen is SUPER SUPER fragile, and if you look at it, it pretty much breaks.

Great phone for the price. My old phone lost the speaker sound and I could not hear any callers. It was only a 8gb device, so the extra storage space was really a plus. I love the color of the phone and graphics. Thanks Apple and Best Buy for helping me make a great upgrade and purchase decision.

This is my first I-phone and although I thought the transition from android would be hard, it was not. The purchase of these items from Best Buy was easy and fast. The sales staff was very informative and helpful. I will always do my purchases from Best Buy and would recommend them to anyone.

New iphones use a lot of data! Need to make sure apps get manually closed so they don't run in the background. Uses data when not in use even when connected to wifi. I don't use a lot of data and used about 50MB of data on iPhone 3GS. My usage hasn't changed, but this iPhone can use 50MB running who knows what. So I had to upgrade to 3GB for all the extra mystery data the phone uses.

This is a good cheap Apple phone for my daughter. Wish is was a little more sturdy. This is her second phone as her first one cracked the screen when she accidentally dropped it even though we had a good case with cushion and a Zagg screen cover.

The installed ringtones could be better...you don't even get at least one free holiday ringtone. The only way you get half decent ringtones is to download them from ITunes.....don't the phones cost enough....you could put better ringtones on for the price you pay for the phone

Bought this phone primarily for Face Time & for new apps my old iPhone couldn't support. Lots of good features, but I used up a ton of data before I realized everything was uploading to iCloud (which I had never used before). Fun features, though. My biggest complaint was BEST BUY's salesperson. She was not very familiar with iPhones. She lost ALL of my photos, notes, & calendar data. I hadn't synched my phone & computer in a while, so that was very upsetting. She should have told me to do it at home & come back. Instead she "set up" my iCloud, had connection issues, said it would take a few hours & then it would be done. I went back & complained, and my old phone had already been wiped clean. More than disappointing. I would recommend the iPhone 5, but not purchasing it at Best Buy.

This is a great phone. I would recommend getting a case for the phone, the screen can break and scratch easy.

It's usable I suppose. The camera is garbage for taking pix at live metal shows. Was super cheap.

I love my phone - it lets me stay in touch with all my friends - voice, text or facetime. The apple app store has everything I need for my digital life! Screen size is small in comparison to some other phones on the market, which makes typing more difficult.

I bought the iPhone 5c in an awesome yellow for a few reasons one iPhone is so easy to use and has a great interface two the App Store on iPhone is such better quality then other phones and three because best buy has great deals !

The battery life is not great but there are features on this phone that I like. I like the larger screen for things like FaceTime and pictures; the sound quality is pretty good as well. I thought that I would have more space for more applications but it's the same as my 4s phone. I like the color but the pink definitely does not look pink; it looks coral.

My first Apple phone and I'm glade I switched. Easy to navigate.

Pricing great and a lot faster love it a lot and recommend it

just like the iphone 5, but improved in areas where it counts.
