I love the phone. Coming from an galaxy to an iPhone was a great idea and the phone is so easy for me to adjust too. It is also a lasting phone that takes Amazing pictures and makes anything beautiful!

Way faster than the 4s. I feel that it is make with better material and is durable. The apps are amazing and easy to use for first time apple users.

The battery drains quick but also charges quick The photos are not the greatest but thats ok it's a cell phone My so can listen to his music with ease and he loves the new ear buds I do too

The iphone is an outstanding device. We have 4 iPhones and we all four live on them with no issues. I would recommend iPhones to everyone.

Using only Apple products, this phone was a great upgrade for me. It is more functional with my IPad and MacBook. The processing time and camera / recording app is much better as well.

I love the quality of the camera versus my IPhone 4, however I wish it had the thumb print security & slow motion feature!!! Love it.

This is my son's first smartphone, so he is very pleased. We already had ITouch and IPad, so stuck to the Apple family we love. Received excellent deal on opened package, which came with Best Buy gift card. Just wish it was an actual card, not computer printout on paper (too easy to lose). Since 5c is plastic shell, we also purchased good Otter Box and screen saver. The staff was very helpful in setting up phone and putting on the screen. Happy customers.

Got this for my son for xmas, and it's been in his hands pretty much non-stop since. No complaints, easy to set up, already has about 20 apps on it and no problems at all.

I came from a android phone and don't like the restrictions and or the size of the cell but now that I have gotten use to the way it works I have fallen in love with apple, I can't wait to get the 6 for a bigger screen

Have been an avid android particularly samsung phones. My husband had me try the iphone5 and now the 5c.. Its actually a great phone if you want the basics. I havent had any problem with any of my iphones unlike with my samsungs.. I was getting alot of dropped calls. At first, i thought it was my carrier but i aeemed to be the only one having that problem since my husband and son had the iphones at the time and they didnt have that problem. Like the samsung since you can definitely download alot for free unlike the iphone u have to buy through itunes which kinda suck! Overrall, iphones are definitely a good phone esp. for the price i got it for which is $50!!

A fellow iphone 5s owner told me to stay away from the 5c as they were cheaply made. Told to spend the extra for a iphone5s. 15 days after purchase, the phone stopped charging and went dead. Place of purchase and my phone carrier told me I was past the time of exchange or refund. Running the Apple gauntlet was difficult as well as frustrating at first but Apple step up to the plate concerning scheduling the phone for repair or replacement. Problem is I had to drive 60 miles to an APPLE store to have them discover there was pocket lint in the charger receptacle. Phones are guaranteed to a year so I'd think twice before purchasing insurance.

Traded in my IPhone 4s for the new 5c when the national retail went down. Way faster and much better phone. Speaker is much easier to hear through as well.
