iPhones are good phones and easy to access information

This phone is really easy to learn to use for a first-time smart phone user. It's intuitive, great display, and great app ability. Had a problem with first phone not charging, but Best Buy promptly replaced it.

The folks at best buy are always so helpful. Bought this for my daughter who needed the 32gb.

Bought for my 12 year old daughter. She loves it, it has color, she got the 32 GB, and she loves the bigger display. I would recommend.

ALWAYS buy your phone or upgrade your plan at a Best Buy. After visiting my carrier's retail store, they tried to charge me another $100 for the same phone. Fortunately, the sales representative was brutally honest with me and told me to go to Best Buy to get a better deal. I'm sold...I'll never buy another phone at my carrier's retail location.

The iphone 5C is a good all around smartphone. It's very easy to use its features. The sound quality is excellent. The camera leaves something to be desired however. Overall I would recommend.

Don't see the need for the extra $100 for a fingerprint scan. 5c is super fast with ios7 and a great phone overall

Have owned several iPhones. Upgraded so I could get more memory. Purchased a 32gb and I mow have plenty of memory!

Wish this phone wasn't made with a plastic out casing and easily broken if dropped. Also. I've gotten two 5Cs and both usb cross have broken in less than a month!! The ear buds cord on one as well broke. Very cheap plastic and it broke completely to the wires. The second 5C's usb cord didn't last a week. Had to got out and purchase new ones which didn't se fair.

Feels great in my hand. The speed is great. No complaints. The 5c is basically an iPhone 5 with a new case.

The phone is an iPhone, iPhones are great usually. but don't drop them. This one on the other hand hopefully can take the hit to the back of the case only. On my old 4s I had to replace the back 3x in a yr do to dropping. I have dropped this one 2x so far and still ok…. Lets hope it stays that way….

Great buy while it was on sale. Upgraded from a 4s, so the bigger screen is a plus.

This phone was a replacement. I would not have any other phone but an Apple.
