Great value for $1 plus the contract extension. Performs all the functions we need with out the risk of cracked glass occurring.

I have an iPad, purchased from AT&T. Bought this refurbished iPad for a gift for a lot less money. Did my homework on refurbished Apple products. Year warranty, no difference in the iPads other than the refurbished has more memory than my original. Will definitely buy refurbished again, there is no difference at all.

I needed to replace my other iPhone i broke and it was cheap and easy to get this one without having to worry about dealing with any changes to my current contract with at&t and it even came in about half the time it said it would!

Phone was an upgrade from a dumb phone. A no-brainer for $0.99. Color is awful, but there wasn't much to choose from. I covered it with a cool case.

We got this for my mom, who is still new to smart phones, and she loves it. The price was right and the storage size was just right for her as she doesn't need that much space and only uses a few apps, text and talk, and FaceTime. If you're looking for an affordable, eye-catching, smart phone, this is the one for you, especially if you prefer iOS over Android.

Got this for our daughter. Great first phone. She's thrilled with it so far. The usual good quality associated with Apple products. Only complaint is the small storage size, should have gone with the 16 GB.

I personally can't comment on the quality of the product. I can say that my granddaughter loves her phone. The service I received at Best Buy when making this purchase was wonderful. The Associate was very, very helpful and answered all my questions.
