Thought the purchase was outright ( i.e. without a contract). Now found myself in a hassle with ATT. Waiting for a promised response, but so far no action on their part. It is more than a bit frustrating.

I had an iPhone a few years back. I gave it up so I could affordably give phones to the family. Well, times have changed, contracts have changed and I'm back to the iPhone. It's even better than I remember.

It's a good phone. It does what you want. As with all Apple products they like to change things for the sake of change so new OS will come out and something is not where it used to be. I'm used to Apple, but every time I need a new phone I think maybe I should switch it up. Maybe next time.

Great phone for a fair price if you're upgrading. Apple's iOS is still a great system for mobile ops, and it is getting better. Glad I upgraded when I did.

Its alot better than the 3 and 4.. love the features

Larger screen, don't think it's any faster than 4s.

I have always owned iPhones and been surrounded by android users but have never been disappointed. This phone is reliable and does not crash like androids. The UI is simple, and to the point. I love it.

It is a perfect phone in all for keeping all of my data and my contacts And it is simple to use and simple to call text and the battery is perfect to use.

I really like the new camera technology. I use the e-mail for all of my accounts and Internet for finding things that I need and location services is a great feature. The voice to text feature is awesome!

This is another great phone from apple. I wish they would have done some color. But I love the finger print id thing

This purchase was an upgrade for my son and he is elated with this phone. Quite the step up from the 4 he had.

Love all apple products. And always using the latest iphone. I took a brake withe the note 2. But. Had to get the new iphoe 5 s. And here i am. Happy.

I am 60+ years old. This is my first smart phone and I find the IPhone 5s very user friendly. My only regret is not joining the smart phone world sooner. Best feature is the voice command capability.

I'm an apple lover so I'm happy with my phone. It could be a little bigger, but not much. Also I wish the gold was on the front of the phone also. When you have on the case you can not see the color.

Upgraded from 4S to 5S a month ago, quite happy with phone's performance. Battery life has improved and the fingerprint sensor for phone access is kinda cool although its a bit flaky the way it works

I love the new IPhone 5S. The fingerprint scanner to open is super cool. Also the pic location is nice. It can listed as detailed as the location's name not just the state, city, or street location.

its a good product. I was using iphone 4s was very slow at ios7.1, and also i was using straight talk carrier and its kind of slow, So i choose AT&T and get activate new line with 2 yr agreement.

With so much information on phones these days, i like the security of the thumb print and find a phone feature.

Got a great deal on my iPhone 5s @ 124.99 (two year contract, however.) I've had an iPhone for 4 years now and I like them. I was not in the market to switch to Android. Happy with my purchase.

Sometimes hard to reach all areas of the screen with just one hand. Love the fingerprint security option.
