    Not best buys fault, however, since they provide services for AT&T I feel this is justified. I dropped my phone in water and was willing to purchase a new phone at full retail price. I was denied buying a new samsung due to the fact AT&T has a deal with Apple.... So I had to repurchase an Apple, yet again. It's my phone service I should be allowed to have any phone I choose!

    It's a really good phone so far, I just wish some of the features were more intuitive to figure out how to work them. Some simple tasks/features seem complicated or non-existent on the iphone that were really easy on my old phone.

    The iPhone 5s is simply awesome. My favorite feature is the fingerprint sensor to unlock the phone. It saves so much time and hassle.

    it would of been better if the person doing our set up would of don't it right. had too go too apple too get my phone redone so I could change things without effecting my wifes phone, he had them set up on the same conection,
