The phone is about the same as the last just a few new features here and there... The thing I like most about my new IPhone is that it unlocks with the touch of your finger print......

unhappy with it.. I was excited to get a new phone even though my 4 was just fine. I spent the extra money and should have kept my old phone

After many years of the same user interface, iOS 7 gives the iPhone the much needed refreshed look! And with the only 64-bit smartphone out there thanks to the A7 chip, with a dedicated M7 chip for motion, amazing camera with video at 120 frames per second, the fingerprint unlock and purchase capability, this iPhone 5S just rocks! Everything about is just beautiful. The form factor of a 4-inch screen is just perfect to hold in one hand and navigate with just a thumb. The navigation between screens is just so fluid, it's so smooth adding to the whole pleasant experience that has always been an Apple trademark. Going from my iPhone 5 to the iPhone 5S is definitely a good move!

Purchased 5S phone and 40 days later it would not open. Tried returning to Best Buy and they would not take it back. They said they would have to send it for repair and if that did not work they would give us a refurbished phone. It was only 40 days old!!!! I then called Apple and they sent us a new phone. So if you would like to purchase a brand go to the source. I will never buy from Best Buy again

We use almost all Apple products; the iPhone works right about one quarter the time. I thought it was me making mistakes, but ATT said, after a week of testing, there was a physical problem with the phone. Apple only reset the software which took 3 days.

Ive already returned one for giving me trouble which bestbuy switched out for no charge being its a factory defect. The new one does the exact same thing. Bout to return this one as well. And the one i just bought my fiancé does the same thing. Bestbuy says its a known problem and I'm not the only one having this trouble.

Come on apple be brave. Push the envelope and take chance. If you keep making predictable improvements then you will be soon a memory of a once good company that was dependent on one man. Strive to gain recognition for breaking new ground and not stay so cookie cutter.

takes time to activate , not very helpful to customer .

I bought this tonight & got home to activate it with my Apple ID & with it being Geek Squad certified you would think all was checked & accounted for but no! Find my Ipad activation lock is on & no way to turn it off unless you know the last owners Apple ID & password. I avoided craigslist ect. so I wouldn't have this issue. Although very aggravating, I'm sure when I return it tomorrow, they will rectify this minor issue. Side note: I've never had issues with Best Buy in the past so I'm positive this was just an oversight. Hopefully!

I went through 3 phones in the warranty period and can't wait to get rid of this thing. Lots of issues with the antenna and software.

Others convinced me to move over to an IPhone for a lot of reasons....so far, worst reception, worst connectivity, and overall....probably the worst phone I have ever owned. I have had nothing but problems with this phone from the start...including not getting on the right plan at the store when it was first set up. I had to fix that at an AT&T store a couple of weeks later.

I brought a I PHONE 5s from VERY POOR Best buy Shop and it was not a good piece. So, I went to return the item and they told they are busy and come told me to come back next day. I went next day that day is 15th day and they told I passed 14 days time period of return policy. I suggest don't buy from BEST BUY this is poor and worst service than any shop in the USA

When it's working it works like a champ. Suddenly it cut off and in a few days it starts to work again.

This phone is good except for poor sound quality on the phone speaker. Calling Apple to get it replaced.

Good phone but the store didn't sell me what they promise me a price match discount phone contract. Instead, give me a full price non contract to signed n can't reverse coz I found out too late:( it's a crime that blame all on me coz found out until my phone bill which was passed the 15days dead line:( very disappointed!!!

This phone will not hold a charge or sync with PC.

I finally gave up the iPhone 5s for an iPhone 6 Plus, but the 5s was just an amazing phone. The extra bump in storage capacity on the battery compared to the 5 gave all day battery life for me and the A7 dual core processor screams. It's every bit as fast as the 6 and 6 Plus in every day usage. It was fastest, most reliable phone I've ever owned.
