    Find my Ipad activation lock

    I bought this tonight & got home to activate it with my Apple ID & with it being Geek Squad certified you would think all was checked & accounted for but no! Find my Ipad activation lock is on & no way to turn it off unless you know the last owners Apple ID & password. I avoided craigslist ect. so I wouldn't have this issue. Although very aggravating, I'm sure when I return it tomorrow, they will rectify this minor issue. Side note: I've never had issues with Best Buy in the past so I'm positive this was just an oversight. Hopefully!

    Others convinced me to move over to an IPhone for a lot of reasons....so far, worst reception, worst connectivity, and overall....probably the worst phone I have ever owned. I have had nothing but problems with this phone from the start...including not getting on the right plan at the store when it was first set up. I had to fix that at an AT&T store a couple of weeks later.

    I brought a I PHONE 5s from VERY POOR Best buy Shop and it was not a good piece. So, I went to return the item and they told they are busy and come told me to come back next day. I went next day that day is 15th day and they told I passed 14 days time period of return policy. I suggest don't buy from BEST BUY this is poor and worst service than any shop in the USA

    Good phone but the store didn't sell me what they promise me a price match discount phone contract. Instead, give me a full price non contract to signed n can't reverse coz I found out too late:( it's a crime that blame all on me coz found out until my phone bill which was passed the 15days dead line:( very disappointed!!!

    Most people think the IPhone is great but it isn't. The screen is super thin so it can break very easily. This phone doesn't just affect the owner of the phone it affects everyone around them. If someone is doing the same thing as you such as watching a video person not watching a video will sit there and wait for it to buffer over and over again every two seconds (literally). It slows down almost every electronic including phones, computers, etc. You shouldn't just look at the good sides of the phone because there's more bad sides.

    While Apple was quoted at saying the 5C was unapologetically plastic, they should have also said the 5S was unapologetically the same as the 5. Screen size and resolution remain the same, while it gets a pathetic upgrade to the camera. iOS7 is a sluggish battery hog that seems to have been designed by someone who thinks Nicki Minaj is stylish. I returned the phone and got the LG G2 which trumped the 5S in every way.

    Do NOT Signup for the NEXT Plan!!!

    DO NOT sign up for the NEXT Plan...my family and I were lied to and overcharged by almost $100.00 monthly. We asked all the right questions and got the same false story told to us by Best Buy as well. There is a ton of "fine print" that we asked about and were lied to about. Now we are stuck in basically a 2 year contract (even though the NEXT plan has no contract...convenient) with an abnormally high bill. We are leaving AT&T as soon as that is over...never again. I will be telling our friends and family of this and the poor customer service my family and I have had to deal with these last two weeks. Going to be writing many letters to the Better Business Bureau as well. This shouldn't happen when a family asks all the right questions, does all their research...supposedly the brochures are wrong too...just lie after lie. Done with AT&T forever.

    My mom bought one with he 2 year plan because she was eligible for a upgrade, then she was going to buy one for me for christmas and it said i was eligible for an upgrade but i would have to play $27.80 for 20 months!
