I bought this phone for $100. I did have some trouble with the Best Buy tech line when trying to activate this phone. They really didn't have any idea what they were doing. I got in contact with my wireless carrier and they solved everything. Other than the activation process, Best Buy offered a great promotion that allowed me to afford a quality product.

Wife loves the phone
