I had an iPhone 5 before this, so this is a major upgrade. I love the size. Much slimmer than my 5 even with my otter box defender case on it. I will never run out of space with it being a 256g. Highly recommend.

Glad I upgraded. Light, easy to use, camera is a vast improvement. Unsure about battery life because I always use a charging case. Usual set-up issues but those are Apple ID issues and not specific to the phone.

Love my new iPhone 7, the camera takes much better pics now. I haven't taken any video with it yet, but I'm sure the improved camera will help with that as well. Plus with the 256GB of storage, I have the room!

Great phone! Love the amount of memory. There is room to install as many apps and music as I want. I had a SE before and I really like the 7 because the processor is faster, more memory and there is 3D Touch.

Upgraded my wife's phone for her and she really liked the color, and how it was a little larger than the iPhone 6. She also is a picture freak so she was really impressed with the new upgraded camera. Thanks Apple!

This phone is the right size with the right features. I have both the plus and the regular 7. The 7 is just better and less clunky. The 7 plus has a better camera but other than that I'd take the 7 any day.

I've had this phone for over a month now and i can't complain. The 256GB is much more space than my previous and the red back grabs a lot of attention from others. I love the color and the look overall.

The new iPhone 7 is sleek and easy to handle. My upgrades typically skip a model or two to ensure phones are an actual upgrade. Overall the iPhone 7 has been a really good upgrade. The #1 feature for me is the additional water resistance. I can be rough on phones and this allows me to not require the tank of cases to protect this investment.

Wife upgraded from 4s. So as you can imagine she is amazed and pleased. I have 6s and thought my phone was great but this apple keeps stepping it up. The camera is amazing. Phone is supper fast

Upgraded from a 5s so this was quite a nice jump. Best Buy had a good deal going on which made it an easy choice. Have had it a few weeks and all good. Pleased with purchase, would buy it again.

No complaints at this time with my 256 go iPhone 7! Works great, better battery life, love the clarity of the screen!

This is my first Apple device of any kind, so forgive me if I complain about something I simply haven't figured out yet. This is a flagship device, and has the feel and design quality you would expect for the price. It was easier to set up and customize than my Android phone was, but harder than my Windows phone, and not quite as flexible as either. It is intuitive to set up and operate. What I like is that it just works - and if it doesn't do what you need it to do natively, well, there's an app for that. Most smartphones do the same things and in similar ways, especially top end models. So it's disappointing that the iPhone7 lacks features I've come to rely on in my other devices from Android and Windows. First is the lack of wireless charging. You can get it from a third party, but why should you have to, and many of the conversions take up the bottom port, so you can't use wired headphones. Second is the absence of a back 'button' that allows you to go to the previous page or screen in any app. Finally, I miss the ability to set the phone to automatically unlock in secure areas you designate, like my Samsung S7.

I have been partial to iPhones since they came out. I really like the size of this phone and the upgraded storage capacity for my music collection. The camera takes excellent pictures as well.

iPhone 7 is stylish and more powerful and is slimmer

This phones is perfect, the new camera is amazing and the front facing camera has a better pixels count then my old iph6, battery last about 45% longer then last one, extra cool features too!

Purchased the apple iPhone 7 special edition red for Easter present for daughter and she absolutely loves it! The staff were execellent and the guy who sold us the phone was very fast about getting us in and out of there! Another great experience at Best Buy yet again!! Thanks Best Buy!!

Got it the day they came out. Love the mat black. The speed of doing things is very noticeable compared to my iPhone 6. Taken a few pictures but haven't really compared them to anything yet. The 3D Touch takes a little getting used to but so far so good. Haven't experienced any problems read on media. Have all iPhones in my clan (5) plus iPads iPods and macs. Even bought a second one 7 plus. Everything Apple comes at a price but they work. When you don't have the time to deal with problems from other brands (fires) and need a device that works. Apple is it. The fit finish and quality is second to non. Looking forward to the next one ware they hold nothing back. iPhone 8

Very pleased. Size is perfect. Battery life is great for me. I don't spend time in social media on my phone but I do listen to a lot of music and the occasional game; this phone is great.

This iPhone live up to its description with an awesome camera and more than enough memory. No more having to delete photos or apps.
