better battery life than my previous iphone!!!!!!!

iPhone 7 has a much better camera than iPhone 6S Plus.

We're an Apple home so no choice but to upgrade to the iPhone 7 in order to keep our devices integrated. New features are great in theory, but often buggy. E.g. finger print recognition doesn't always work. You have to re-enter your fingerprints. The new "tail" to hook the ear phones to the charging jack often doesn't work. Often, an incoming call can't hear you so you have to pull out the connector and plug it back in. It's also a juggling act to use the ear phones (which I use all the time) and keep the phone adequately charged. Frankly, there's no noticeable thinness to warrant the loss of a separate jack. Sometimes voicemail freezes up, GPS wigs out. iCloud seems to not be keeping up syncing devices even though Apple has helped re-sync numerous times. Other bugs too numerous to remember! Apple isn't what it once was, but you're stuck if you have existing Apple devices and want them to talk to each other!

The IPhone 7 is amazing I love it The people at Best Buy were so kind and nice they are willing to work with you. All college students who would like a phone should really buy one from Best Buy

Great upgrade from my 5s. Love all the new features.

I am a frustrated Blackberry user, giving up and switching to iPhone. This new phone is terrific with more features than I will ever understand, let alone ever actually use. The switching process is long and confusing with having to prove your identity multiple times but the phone hardware is the best on the marketplace.

Not much different from the 6 I traded in. It does lock up on the home screen a bit and you have to wait 30 seconds before it unlocks. Apple Expert at Best Buy said his does same thing. Recommended calling Apple to try and resolve. Like most, If you are an Apple person you will love it. It your are a Samsung person you wont.

I've been really happy with this model. Still wish Apple didn't remove the audio jack. Once and while the lighting connected headphone don't get a good connection.

Difficult to double click the home button at times

This case is slim, easily installed and if the shock protection claim is true (not about to purposely test it), a very good protective case. Fits comfortably in my pocket and sits in my hand nicely. Only negative aspect is the case seems to get scuffed fairly easily from items in my pocket but it's barely noticeable.

My first upgrade since my iPhone 4S started to die, and the difference is incredible. Screen clarity is exceptional, and the app speed is lightning fast. Very happy with this purchase!!

This phone has a lot of surprises that I didn't get with my Samsung. The ability to sync with other Apple devices is a plus The phone quality is great and the extensibility is endless

I love my pink Iphone 7. I also own an Ipad pro. But when i want to listen / look to 'you tobe ' video's I end up using my phone more, specially at night in bed. A great companion.

Great new features. I miss the old maps pins that demonstrate the location of the photo - I wish you at least had the option to change it back to the pins instead of the box photo.

I bought this for my uncle as a replacement for his broken phone and he loves it especially been his first apple product. I'm glad I was able to get him to love apple product.

This is my first iphone, coming from android (Nexus 6, Nexus 5, Nexus 4) etc. The OS was a learning curve for me, but this phone has been very stable and responsive, and does not tend to have overheating issues. Camera is fantastic and the design although minimalistic is quite pleasant. Highly recommended

Battery life is longer. Update made for 7, so all the things that annoy you on the 6 is useful on the 7. Some messaging features don't work well, ie:copying. Overall it is an improvement from the 6. If you can wait for the 10th anniversary, wait.
