I replaced my iPhone 5s with this phone and I'm very happy with It. I am a fan of apple products and the iphone 7 is another win for apple in my opinion.

I really did not want to upgrade because I thought my phone was fine. But a good deal came along and now I'm glad I upgraded . My prior phone was an iPhone 5

Was easy as always to update from her iPhone 6 to the 7. The rose gold looks quite nice. It's more durable than previous iPhones, but a case is recommended.

Going from an iPhone 5s to the iPhone 7 is a big jump. This phone has so much to offer, threes later I'm still learning all it can do to make my life easier.

While there may not have been a drastic change from the previous direction, the phone still has it's distinct features and paves a way to a cordless future.

Buying home at Beat Buy was a nice experience. Took some time but everything worked right when we left the store. Great service and good price on phone.

Happy with the phone so far. Does everything that I need. Plenty of memory and very responsive. Easy to use and no issues so far with hardware or software.

Best Buy does it again. Why go to the carrier when they offer zero value. I received the phone quickly and without hassle, and saved money in the process.

Was it worth the upgrade? Yes. Why? Because if not I'm nervous that Apple would have kept sending issues to my device that made me hate my last iPhone.

This was pretty easy to navigate since I have an ipad. Only issue is Zagg screen saver is not tight on the edges. So far, I like everything else.

This phone was well worth the wait. The promo gift card was an added bonus. The staff was knowledgeable , very helpful and made great recommendations.

This was a trouble free transition to the iPhone 7 from an iPhone 6, and I love the new features, camera, speakers, and even the lightning port audio!

Best iPhone yet and I've had most of them. Really don't miss the headphone jack; I have Bluetooth headphones and the lighting buds included are fine.

I love the way Verizon phone made theirs as unlocked phone. Just popped in a sim and started working on it.

I don't like having an adapter for the headphones. But a major improvement on battery performance from the 6. Great deal if you buy it on sale.

It is much faster and incredible to look at it. It functions phenomenally in all aspects except for as a phone. The sound through the earpiece is awful. I don't just mean bad, it is awful. I find myself frequently having to end phone conversations early because I absolutely cannot understand what they are saying. I have tried every adjustment possible and nothing improves it. Major major design flaw, and this comes from someone who has owned a 3GS, 4S, 5S and now this one.

I have been using apple products for years this one is no different... works great...last one lasted 4 years (still works just wanted to upgrade).

I thought about getting a galaxy, but all I've had are iPhones. I like the ease of navigation, and I didn't want to have to learn another phone.

My last phone was an iPhone 5. The improvements are amazing.... all for the better! I have had no problems at all... I am an iPhone user for life!
