    I am disappointed in the sound quality of this phone. Most everyone seems to have trouble hearing me when I call from my cell. It sounds like you are in a glass jar. Very disappointing. Also disappointed about the battery life. I thought being a new phone it would have a very long lasting battery. Not so. And I only use my hone to check email and Facebook (not watch videos, plays games, etc). Since you don't have much of a choice with Apple this is the only phone in town to get. But there are flaws.

    My wife was due for a phone upgrade and she wanted the jet black model. No complaints at all. We got this phone at Best Buy and the phone sales rep was extremely patient.
