    The iPhone is wonderful, in general, but this one had issues so our carrier, Verizon, replaced it twice. The important thing to know is that even while still under the one year warranty, they replace the phone only with refurbished iPhones. In other words, the phone you have trouble with is replaced with one that someone else had trouble with that was hopefully fixed. We never got any of the refurbished ones to function perfectly and ended up just buying a new one again.
