I planned to hold off until next year to hopefully get the iPhone 8, but Best Buy made the deal so easy as it was all set up through Verizon to pay monthly instead of buying it all on a credit card. I got free shipping that was fast, and I couldn't be any happier with my new phone!

Great customer service at Best Buy when purchasing. Don't like the dongle. Prefer a headphone jack.

I don’t use my iPhone often, but when I need it, it does the job. Watch your older phones, my battery swelled and could have cause harm. Folks at Best Buy helped me with a new IPhone and took the old one as a trade in. They suggested the 7 for my needs.

love it so much i'd marry it. i don't like a lot of techy stuff, but apple gets it right. the phone has no issues and just always works. i've been using them since the iphone 3 came out and would hate to use anything else.

This is an easy phone to setup and to use. It is recommended for someone that is not big on technology.

I upgraded my iPhone 5 finally and I'm so happy I chose the 7. Definitely worth the money instead of getting a 6. The monthly payments made it easy to afford and I finally feel like I have a phone that can keep up with my work and personal life. What a great piece of technology.

The batery last longer than the previous product. It is almost same but the pictures are better quality

My daughter has had to replace the LED twice. She has an Otterbox case which is pretty durable. They need to build this phone better.

Went iPhone after two versions of the Galaxy. So far I like the iPhone and with the majority of my family and friends using one it increases and makes more efficient overall communication options. I purchased an Otter Box Defender case for it and I hike extensively in weather <10F. I have noticed the screen is less receptive, i.e. back function (top left) in cold and recently read an article informing of such if <32F.

Everyone knows about iPhones and bestbuy!! I got this older model for a great sale price. Needed it for my 11 year old as wifey wants kids to have phones when they are in middle school. Best Buy is a great store. Never had a bad experience with them

I upgraded to get a better battery life. This phone definitely is much improved over previous models.

I purchased this for my husband but so far all I've heard are complaints. Apparently, when entering information into contacts, the phone numbers are always listed as work fax or home fax and never as iPhone, mobile, or any other choice that is preferred. There have been other glitches so I am returning it to the store. It may be just this phone since I've heard good things about it from friends; therefore, I'm selecting "recommend".

It's an iPhone and as far as software and hardware is the most simplistic and advanced phone. Purchased this for my father to upgrade his aged iPhone 5 and he is amazed at how much faster it is and was reluctant about the increased screen size, but definitely favors it now.

This phone was to upgrade my daughter from a iPhone 5. It is a big step forward and big improvement.
