We bought this for our teenage son and have had zero problems with it for 20 months. It has everything he needs and is reliable. We've since bought a second phone of this model with similar performance.

I like the new phone, it's sleek and thin. It has a better camera than my other phone.

Well I finally made the transition and purchased the upgrade I wasn't going to do it but bestbuy makes the upgrade easy and worth it. I wouldn't upgrade a phone any other place. Best Buy is the best in prices and availability. So far we have loved the phone!

I purchased this phone for my teenage son and he loves it. Also the service was excellent.

Other the the basic phone and texting, there are many options. As a hearing aid wearer I am able to control my hearing aids functions, listen to music and books via Bluetooth. I can check email and use the internet anytime.

Got this for my father in law. For a phone that’s now 2 generations behind its very functional and covers the basics for him very well and more. It may not be top of the line but it runs the current OS and supports hey Siri and more.

Had problem restoring from backup because my old 6 and new 7 were not on the same iOS version. Make sure to update the iOS on both phones to the same version (then re-do the backup/restore) to avoid problem with "backup is corrupt" in iTunes.

This is the 4th iPhone I have purchased. Each one better than the prior. Got really great help from the apple desk associate. Got all my data transferred and went through the features. I always get great service from this store and geek squad staff.

I was happy with my iPhone 6. I did not want to get the iPhone 7, because of the retro features of the Samsung Galaxy 5. Unfortunately, due to circumstances, if I'm going to pay for a new phone, it's going to be another iPhone. The one feature I do like is being able to use Siri freely without having to have the phone strapped to a charging cord. I am definitely switching to the 8 when it's available.

If you have a 6s not much has changed. The one thing I do like is the water resistants.

Very similar to iPhone 6, not crazy that it doesn't have a separate headphone jack.

I upgrade my iPhone every two years but this is the first time I purchased one at Best Buy. Purchased online (for way less than Verizon), picked up in store, activated it myself; the whole process took less than the wait time at the wireless store.

I bought this phone for my son. He absolutely loves it. The size is perfect for him - he can carry it in his pocket or school bag. The build quality is excellent and since it is not the latest model, the price is acceptable.

I've had several generations of IPhone and did try an Android at one time but I found the IPhone reliable and durable. I have no reason to change away from this Apple product. By the way, I'm typically a PC user so this is my only Apple product.

Great phone for new iPhone person. And great for any adult that likes fast processing..
