    The clerk at the storw was supposed to have done it, but only my email contacts were added to my phone. I spent over an hour with verizon online trying to get them in, with no success, then I finally used the verizon cloud to "sync" the new phone. Then I had to go and remove all the duplicates. The 7 is not as user friendly as my 5s.

    After having an iPhone my husband upgraded his phone to an Android. He hated every minute of it, After a year he switched back to iPhone. There is no comparison to having an Apple. Won't ever go back to android again.

    Nice phone. Service at best buy was awesome too. In and out quick. I don't like it though that ATT charges for starting service for the phone and that best buy charges administration fee for getting a phone at best buy.

    I purchased this phone for my grandson's birthday. The only thing I have heard him say that he doesn't like is that he can't listen to music while it is charging. It must be great because he is on it constantly.

    I love iPhone and all things Apple. The iPhone 7 is not much different from the iPhone 6. Still it has only one major drawback, you can't use a earplug without an adapter. But all in all another good Apple iphone.

    I have owned an iPhone since the iPhone 3GS and this one by far is my favorite. I thought I would be cool and switch to the galaxy s7 (well I came right back to the iPhone 7). Love the design and ios10 capabilities.

    Happy with my IPhone 7 , but the store manager at the grand rapids mi, 28th street se store was the best, as he handled a problem I encountered with speed and professionalism and "out of his way" personal committment. He made the normal tedious phone transaction experience great. I would buy from Best Buy again just for the great customer service.
