    Needed a new phone for my wife when her Nexus 5x died on her. She wanted to go back to an iPhone. Best Buy Mobile was able to price match the Apple store. This iPhone works as advertised with no issues at all.

    I bought this for my father who is 86 years old to replace his aging iPhone 5c. He didn't want to spend a huge amount of money on a new phone and I helped him decided on the 7. Sounds morbid but we both said if it lasts 5 years that will be more than good enough for him. He is very very happy with the new phone.

    My current iPhone 5 had traveled many miles and been dropped, run over, etc. It was time, so I went into Best Buy - they took care of me and I walked out with the newest model that will last me a few years!

    Apple software is just so much better than android it works how it’s supposed to and doesn’t get all glitched or viruses out I phones are the only way to go never going back to andriod

    Great upgrade from iphone6 with improving overall function and battery life. The home button haptic is definitely different and takes a little getting used to. Upgrading from 16GB to 32GB was enough for me.

    My wife’s phone went out and the ATT store had rude workers so off to Best Buy we went. They were wonderful and got us taken care of in no time. This phone is great for her. She loves it.

    My sister upgraded to this phone and she likes it a lot. They were limited on the colors they had in stock, but thankfully she liked the rose gold color. Best Buy had a great deal on this phone through Verizon.

    Got this as an upgrade over my aging iphone 6. It does everything better BUT the call quality has not been good. It cuts out and is spoty during phone conversations. Its the phone and not the service because I didn't have these issues with the 6. It seems to happen more when google maps is being used. Hopefully apple can resolve this
