Not one complaint I can find on how well this works. Smooth operating as I expected due to my previous experiences with IPhones and iPads. My one wish is that it was just a tad larger.

I have an Android but I bought this phone for my son and he absolutely loves it. He's shown me so many cool features I might switch over to the apple side when it's time for me to upgrade

The Best Buy associate was helpful helping me decide the best phone for my needs. I would have benefitted from a more comprehensive tutorial on the use of the phone. AT&T was helpful.

We have had every iPhone since the original. Must say that this one with its drop resistance and stereo speakers is the best yet. What more can you say about iPhone. They work every time

Bought this as a gift to my mother to bring her into the 21st century. This was a big update over her clam shell phone. In no time she was able to use the phone with ease.

I was very happy with the price; however, didn't realize that the phone was so old when I bought it. I would not have purchased this phone, since it was a 2 year payoff and old when I bought it. Since I needed a more recent phone with my hearing aids, it really turned out to be a big problem with accessibility. Probably my fault, but won't purchase another phone from Best Buy unless I know it's a new phone with better technology. Purchased a phone from Xfinity and the accessibility is much better and the price was less. Salesmen were were very helpful ---

I already have an iPhone 7 so I knew what to expect. The only thing I would probably change is that the guys didn't really know how to put the Lifeproof case we got for the phone...

I love my phone. Yes it's small but it does so much. I can control so many things by the touch of my finger. The features on many of the apps are sweet. Glad I bought this phone.

Have had my new phone for few weeks and am very pleased with it. The transition because of the Cloud went smoothly compared to other upgrades I've done. Love the finger print log on.

Apple has good products the sales person at Best Buy was knowledge able in what he was selling and very professional. I like that Best Buy does not pay their people on commission.

Wife had the 6s and traded for the 7. She wishes she would have waited for the debut of the 8 as she doesn't notice much difference between the 6S & 7 worth getting a new phone over.

I really liked my i phone 5 and didn't really need the upgrade but I took my Dad in to upgrade his i phone 4 s and fell in love with the new phone. We both got one one the same day!

My daughter loves her new phone. It is absolutely everything she wanted in a new apple iPhone. She easily transitioned from the older version to the new updated version. Very happy.

My 5c totally went out & purchased this as an upgrade. Larger screen is great along with the features of the iPhone. Would suggest it to anyone looking to purchase a new phone!

The iPhone 7 is very stable and a great size. Best Buy made it tremendously easy to upgrade and was very helpful. This is our third iPhone 7 in our family and each have been great.

We love Apple and so I upgraded her from the 6 to the 7 and she loves it! Works seamlessly with her Apple Watch and iCloud and has no complaints! Happy wife = happy life!

I must say, I was hesitant about getting this phone at first but glad I did. I love my iPhone 7, only thing I would change is the charging port and earphone jack being an all in one

it was a good upgrade from the iphone5 I had. I know it is not much of a step up from the iphone6 but for me it was a good purchase, and the extra gift card I received helped too :)

Wowww!!!! I needed an apple phone and i checked everywhere until i came to bestbuy! I traded a phone and got a phenomenal deal! Love this phone, bestbuy did it again! Happy Camper!!
