    I bought the Iphone 7 32 gb and I really like the phone. However the process of actually purchasing the phone at Bes tBuy Mobile was stressful, they kept having computer issues and it took over an hour for me to purchase the phone. I ended up having to put my SS# in 5 times bc they kept having computer problems.... if the AT&T or Verizon store would've had the Iphone 7 32 gb in stock, I would've left. I think a lot could be done to improve the customer experience... for me spending well over $600.... it shouldn't of been that difficult on my part.

    Even though the sales rep wasn’t able to set up my new phone using the iCloud backup I was still very happy with my purchase. The iPhone 7 is a definite step up from my old SE.

    It was nice offer during the holiday season. Sales executive nicely explained. Only disappointment was even after I asked they did not copy stuff from old phone to new phone saying their wifi was slow.
