    I was getting errors in my 6 to where I had to upgrade. I was hoping to hold out for the 8. I was pleasantly surprised at the many improvements from the 6 to the 7. Live photos was a feature that was really nice, especially with an apple watch to go with it. The upgrade in space from 16 to 32 was quite significant to.

    It hasn't been a week since I purchased the phone and various defects started to occur. I'd like to enforce that THIS IS NOT BEST BUY'S FAULT. I felt giving the PRODUCT 3/5 was appropriate as I did enjoy the phone for the days that it did work. The high quality camera, the responsive feel of the screen and the high quality buttons. Not to mention, the tight fitting lighting cable for the iPhone. Those were all great! I am NOT satisfied with the defective phone's behavior to cease proper camera function, to have poor Bluetooth connections often on a daily basis. And we all know since the iPhone 7 doesn't have the 3.5 mm jack anymore, this is a huge deal. Again, this is not the fault of bestbuy; the retailer. The phone is great, if you're okay with not having the 3.5mm port and are a fan of iPhones then go for it! I rated the phone 3/5 based off my experience with the phone, not with the quality of the product. The quality's great.
