    The phone is great but the service from Best Buy SUCKS!!! The instructions given were subpar and the call line was USELESS! I finally just switched the sim card from the old iphone to the new one.. BAM! Phone works. Wasted over 2 hours on the line with Best Buy support for no reason....

    This is a replacement phone for my ex wife, to bring her up to speed in the phone world from her Nokia flip phone. I purchased it for her to get her a more modern phone, with more capabilities Than text and read emails My sons, grandkids and ex wife are very happy with the upgrade. She never thought she would fully use it, but now that's she has had it for a couple of months she is very happy with it. So the whole family can not communicate in the modern world today

    It's a good phone but lacking some good features that other phones from other manufacturers have. Has no wireless charging. Has no LED indicator on the front of the phone so you can quickly tell if you missed a call or have a text message or some other notification pending. You actually have to keep turning the screen on to see if you missed a call or a text or anything. Thats a major drawback as far as I am concerned, especially since this is supposed to be a "flagship" phone.

    Plenty has been written about the product, I want to say that Kyle was the best employee ever. He was so professional and yet had fun at the same time. He made the experience so pleasant that we bought a second phone. Hats off t Kyle in the phone department. Patient, professional and a pleasure to work with.

    The I Phone 7 took some time to get used to because my previous phone was a 5. After that it became much easier to use.
