First time iPhone owner and user. It's a good and functional phone with a great camera. Photos come out clear and crisp.

This was for my daughter. She absolutely loves the color. We have been having one minor glitch but apple took care of it.

Love the phone hate having to use an adapter for my headphones. I just bought them before the before I bought the phone

I love the camera on this phone and it is the perfect size for me, not too big, not too small. Also, a lot of people were worried about not be able to charge their phone and plug in headphones at the same time but seriously, do you really charge your phone and listen to music at the same time? No. The phone comes with an adapter so you don't always need to use the headphones that come packaged with the phone. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

Got this upgrade for the kids. A good product that is not great. Not having the headphone jack is a big negative to us.

Upgraded my wife to this phone after her note 7 broke. She likes it a lot and uses it every day. Expensive but powerful.

If you don't know what an iPhone is, then you must be living under a rock. Just kidding. This phone is great. Not much improvement from the iPhone 6 or iPhone 6s (also the plus models). So if you have those, it's not worth the upgrade. Just wait till the 10th anniversary and see what Apple will come up with.

I don’t like that there is no hole for headphones u hav to insert this adapter and it could hav problems later

I liked that it was small and lite. It was difficult to find a case with a good belt clip that tolerated frequent use .

I bought this phone unlocked to use with tracfone service. It has performed as hoped and not disappointed. Works well with this carrier as it probably would with any carrier you choose. The sales people were very helpful with my choice and made sure that it would work for me.

Apple has done it again. This is a fantastic phone. I purchased this for my mother, who was having problems with another make phone. The problems were prohibiting her from using her phone, for she was frustrated. Apple iPhones are so easy to use and she loves taking pictures of her family.

Good Phone but not enough memory. Small and compact which makes it easy to just slide into your pocket.

Seems to be sturdier than the iPhone 6. I mostly purchased for the water resistance and it seems to work as expected.

Previous phones were fast enough but this phone is very responsive. apple could have one better job with camera though.

Got this for my husband after his I-phone 4 (?!?) finally died and he likes that it is not much bigger than the 4.

This has been a great entry level phone for a teen who proved herself reliable with lesser technology. The upgrade has been enough to keep all of us connected and sharing apps, and she takes good care of it. We're grateful Apple is maintaining this more reasonably priced model.

Outside of the clarity of the camera, I honestly have not experienced any significant differences between the 6 and 7

I don’t feel this phone is much different than the iPhone 6 but haven’t really checked everything out yet.

We have been using the iPhone in our family since the iphone 3. At least one member of my family has had every iPhone available since then. This is our first iPhone 7 and true to Apple standards, it works and performs great! Best Buy was offering the best deal and was happy to purchase from them.

Got this for my moms spouse and he absolutely loves it and loves the simplification of it and the ios OS. Easy for him to learn and figure out and its got good specs and IP67 certification which is enough for him for splashes and occasional dips and rinsing off if it gets dirty.
