Had a 4S prior to this and can't believe how much better everything works. Better reception, faster page loading, loved buying at Best Buy. Sales person knew more than my phone calls to ATT and even Apple regarding my plan and how I could afford it. It was worth the trip

Great phone. Great addition to their lineup. Adding the waterproofing and lightning headphones was a great stepup. Lightning can utilize stuff like noise cancelling and gives a digital signal instead of analog. Also the new home button def will last longer than an actual button.

I bought this Iphone for my niece. She just loves it. It never leaves her hand. She wishes she had more space than 32G, but I knew that would be an issue for her. She a 13 year old that leaves on the one the phone. When she is gets a job she can buy her owns next time.

I upgraded from the IPhone 6 to the 7 and there really is no significant difference. If anything, the IPhone 7 is rather annoying due to the lack of a headphone jack. Without wireless headphones, you cannot charge the phone and listen to music at the same time. However, I did get the new phone when Best Buy was selling it for $1...so no complaints there.

This phone has a good battery life. I can use it at work and school and it won’t die on me.

I purchased this for my wife to replace her old iPhone 5 that pretty much stopped working.

I have used Samsung products until I purchased my IPhone 7. I do not regret changing. I have adapted very easily to the different platform and will not go back. It is user friendly and easy to navigate. The video quality is much clearer than my Samsung 8. I recomend it to anyone looking for a new phone. The one thing that I did have trouble with is the cloud storage. This is something i am still working on.

New iPhone 7 brings familiar screen and phone features with updated user friendly apps. Great phone.

My husbands 6S iPhone stopped working one day without knowing why. He uses his iphone a lot and relies on it daily for work so he had to get it replaced quick. Best Buy was fast and knowledgeable when replacing his phone and how it would change our new bill. Very pleased.

Works much faster than my 4s. Apple service is the Best! The salesman at Besy Buy was really excellent. He explained my rate plan in a way I could understand it and was the reason I purchased. He did all the info transfer for me and I walked out with a working ahhpy phone.

My wife loved the phone, the quality of pictures came out to be better and that was a plus for us.

Phone camera is still bad. Very inconvenient to walk around with 100 cords and adapters to use one device. Phone already started freezing up. Just an overall bad upgrade- the 3mm jack is required in this day and age. Charging and using the phone simultaneously is a major setback.

We needed to upgrade my husband's phone from a pay as you go and the sales rep recommended this phone. I chose to switch from my Android to Apple so it would be easier for him to learn if the phones were the same. Turns out he is ok but I struggle to make the switch. LOL!

I cant believe im saying this but I actually am getting used to the IPHONE. I went from an android to an IPhone which I said I would never do but surprisingly I like it. Took me a few weeks to get the feel for it but so far its working out great.

This is the best iPhone I’ve had so far. Needed to replace my 6-it died- this battery lasts super long. Only bad thing it didn’t come with dongle adapter for 3.5mm connection. Oh well i just cant charge and listen at the same time. Great phone

This is a very good phone but I am having some problems with my iPhone. I am having a touch screen problem. The touch screen doesn't always work right. Another problem I am having is speed. I have the 32 GB model and I have only used 10 GB and the iPhone is slow sometimes. The phone also freezes a lot. other wise, this is a very good phone.

The iPhone 7 is the most similar of the two handsets to its predecessor. The dimensions are identical but the iPhone 7 is lighter than the 6S – 138g versus 143g. The iPhone 6, by comparison, is thinner and lighter than both at 6.9mm (compared to 7.1mm) and 129g. Both the iPhone 6S and iPhone 7 have 12MP rear-facing cameras but the iPhone 7's front-facing camera has been upgraded from a 5MP to a 7MP sensor.
