I had an android phone previously and I didn't like the camera quality or the screen resolution. I spent a bit more this time on the Iphone 7 and I love the camera and the clarity of the screen. My only regret is that I didn't get the 7-plus.

The iphone 7 is very reliable. it has a lot of features to offer and is easy to use. I was originally an android user, and switching to IOS was a piece of cake. Transfering all of my information from my android to the iphone was simple.

Phone arrived but I didn't have a chance to set it up for a couple days. When I went to Verizon website to activate new phone it wouldn't work. I had to contact support and they told me that the sim card Best Buy sent me was expired. Simple fix to move the old sim card into the new phone but still wasted my time trying to get the new sim card to work.

I had an old flip phone before I bought this Apple phone and had no problems making calls on it. I bought this Apple I phone 7 and can't call anyone on it!!!!!!!! No one can hear me!! I can hear them, but no one an hear me!! I hate it and wish I had my old flip phone back!! It's not Best Buys fault; however, when I tried to return it and explained my problem, the salesman told me I had to go to an Apple store to return it. The closest one is an hour and a half away! It's an expensive phone and I can't even make a call on it!! I can text on it just fine, but not talk on it!! Have to suffer until I can get to the Apple store. My advice is Apple....thumbs down!!!!!!

My phone was accidentally flushed in a public toilet and I freaked out. I quickly researched a new phone and Best Buy had the most reasonable price. Awesome purchase when in a crunch.

Right off the bat the size of memory in this phone makes it to store more information. I understand that since the camera takes pictures with higher resolution thus higher size, you need something that will have the capacity to store them.

My husband and daughter both upgraded to this phone and are pleased with it.

just like the 6 with some upgrades the new camera is way better then the old

Anyone who appreciates Apple products will enjoy this phone. I am pleased to see that Apple increased the memory on their phones because the lower amts pushed the limits for people who like to store photos, apps, or music on their phones.
