Bought this I phone 7 for my 79 year old mother in law. Hannah and Jaimie did a great job! They were very patience dealing with her and adding her to our Verizon account and closing her previous account with Verizon.

I've never had an iPhone, or owned any apple products before now. I'm happy to say that up to now, I'm very pleased and impressed with this phone. If this is any indication of apple products, I will look in to owning other apple devices.

The purchase was an iPhone upgrade/replacement. My iPhone 6 was giving me problems after multiple system upgrades. The price that Best Buy offered for the phone was great. They even gave me a very good price for the trade in.

My iPhone 5 was starting to have flakey wifi so I figured it was time to upgrade. Going from a 5 to a 7 is night and day difference. It's amazing what 4 years of newer technology can accomplish. I'm really liking the Force Touch feature.

Both my daughters and my wife have this phone. It has done everything they have wanted it to. Battery loses charge quick about one and half in though.

When my wife's Android phone became less than fully capable of meeting her needs we decided to get her an Apple IPhone 7. We thought it was the best combination of price and capability along with excellent customer service.

I purchased this phone for my teenage son and we are very happy with it knowing the amount of hours that he is on this phone. I recommend if you ever plan to purchase any phone, go to Best Buy since they have the best customer service.

So far we are enjoying the new features. The camera is much better too.

I finally talked my husband into upgrading from his slide phone. He is thrilled (and, I think I might be a bit jealous of his love for Siri!). The clerk was very helpful (and patient) while we sorted out the best choices.
