So far so good. I wish they had shown me how to navigate a little bit. Hands on is the best way to learn the phone. I still need to go back and have my numbers from my old phone transferred

Upgraded and bought this phone for my son. He likes it a lot because he stays on it all the time. Changed plans and was able to reduce my monthly cost and save money. Great phone to have.

Great for my wife and I to have the same phone so we can easily help eachother with learning. Both upgraded to iPhones from Androids.

When my wife wanted to upgrade her phone, she went to iphone 7 even iphone 8 was just launched. But she liked the 7 more. its one of the best iphones we had used.

I have twin boys. One likes Android the other IOS. With only two smart phone OSs to speak of, really don't think there should be any fuss about which is better. They are both great!

Very powerful iPhone, much better camera than the iPhone 6 for sure. After using a 6Plus, I kind of like the smaller size of the regular 7 now. Easier to take along on hikes and walks.

I replaced my iPhone 6S that my wife dropped in the toilet and attempted to "clean" it afterwards. There was nothing new to learn and the data migration was see less from my backup.

Lot of improvements from iPhone 6 or 6s. Though it looks not much different from iPhone 6s it does has upgrades those are good and extra storage capacity as 16GB models not there on iphone7

May not have all the fancy features as the android competition but works all the time. A real phone that works as intended and let you do all your social media stuff with out any problems.

Overall up to Apple's standards. Speed is obviously much improved. So is the clarity of the screen. Only thing that would improve it would be if the size was that of an SE!

I've never bought our phones from BB but I must say the transaction went smoothly. The employee was knowledgeable. The $100 gift card was a great bonus. The phone is as always top notch.

Every area of this phone is better than the last iPhone. Pictures are clearer; audio better. Speed of operation is impressive. Operation is easier. It's like the phone reads my mind.

I must say this phone is pretty nice! I was an android user until my husband convinced me to switch. The camera has wonderful different settings. Still getting used to it but it's awesome.

I had an IPhone 5 before this which was totally cracked and destroyed. I waited a good three months for the IPhone 7 to come out so I could buy a new phone. The wait was totally worth it!
