I'm really liking this phone. It's quite a positive upgrade from a iPhone 5. I don't do anything fancy with my phone so it works well for my needs.

Bought the iPhone 7 for my 12 year old. Apple phones have always been good, despite what the Android Samsung blow up phone naysayers say....

I upgraded my wife's 5S and she couldn't believe the difference in how fast she can access all her apps. The camera is also a major improvement.

The employee was very knowledgeable of the mobile products and she explained the intricacies of my data plan so easily that even I understood it.

Got a great deal exchanging Iphone6 for Iphone 7 after 1 year and a few days. Same monthly charge....win-win situation from a losing proposition.

The iPhone 7 has lived up to the hype of all new iPhones. My daughter has been extremely happy with all functions, as well as looks of the phone.

This is my first Apple I've always had Samsung. It took a little bit to get used to it but now I enjoy it. It froze twice on me since I got it a month ago but a forced restart fixes that. Really enjoy Siri and her ability to control smart home features.

IPhone 7 was easily set up by best buy employee. Love everything about it. No problem in transferring my information. Love the camera on it!

If you aren't aspiring to show off the Apple label for social status, don't subscribe to the phablet craze, and don't have $1000 to spend on something you will likely replace in 2 years, the iphone 7 will do everything you need.

Finally an upgrade after a 5 for many years. The size is great for my big fingers and the extra storage has been great too. No issues.

I love my new phone. It has the ability to keep me informed at all times. The salesman was amazing and set everything up from my old phone.

I got this phone as a Christmas gift for my two teenagers. They love their new phones. Improvement over their last phones which were iPhones 5c.

My wife is very pleased with this new iPhone and the help from Best Buy’s Rep in getting it setup with the data from her old phone.

I was sorry with it after I purchased it battery doesn't last as long as they said it would was happy with I phone 6 we'll I will just wait for the 8. More

I had the iPhone 5s for four years. Was a great phone, one day battery just started dying, had to be on charger 20 hours a day. I purchased the iPhone 7 after reviewing that and the iPhone 8. I enjoy the phone, simple and functional.
