We upgraded from an iPhone 5 to an iPhone 7 and it has been a good phone for us. Best Buy helped us transfer data to our new phone.

It's an iPhone and it's awesome! This one is lagging in a couple areas. Slow to the touch, but I guess that's better than my friend with the supersensitive galaxy that can't ever touch anything without touching something else!!

I love the new iphone 7 that I got. I have always had iphones but needed an updated version along with more memory.

Love the iphone. Best buy has new policy, toooo much money. Will definitely switch when this is paid for. If phone breaks- sorry you're on your own, go buy a new $800 phone BEFORE you're first one is paid off. I'm just sayin....

I switched from an i5S to the i7. I don't really notice a huge difference but then I generally only use my phone as a phone. I am still trying to adjust to the slightly larger size but all in all I am very pleased with the product.

I like the louder speakers and water resistance. Pictures are better, too. Not much different than the iPhone 6.

It's working good. I have a problem at home where I only get two dots reception. Verizon said run it on Wifi. I have Comcast so no one knows why I can go two blocks and get 4-5 dits reception. I have Comcast high speed wifi.

Apple never fails,after buying a Samsung note 7 and having to return it, i decided to stay with Apple and made the best decision..
