The phone itself is great; however, I had a really hard time connecting the phone to my carrier. Best Buy gave me a bad sim card, so we i went to pick up the phone i wasn't able to use it right away.

I bought this for my son. He hasn't complained about anything so I assume it works as it should. But realize that any accessories or fixes is going to be more expensive just because it is a apple product.

Needed to replace an iPhone SE for an elderly relative. This is really the only option available that isn’t super expensive (or refurbished). Works fine for what we need it for.

Great phone but drops wifi on intermittent basis. Apple Care was helpful but still had to call several times. Still occasionally drops wifi. Will take back to see if they can fix permanently or get new one.

Good phone, I just wish the headphone Jack were standard. I just have bought one with more memory as there are great apps for it.

It's an iPhone so does what an iPhone does-- but my only complaint is that the volume is super low even when on speaker so I will be going to Best Buy to talk to someone about this.

Shop around. We were stuck with a long term AT&T contract. We dumped them from our other contracts because we could not speak Hindu when we needed customer asistance

Speaker to hear caller has very bad sound. Home key doesn’t always work screen shots are impossible most of the time. My 5s worked better.

IMy kids love iphones but they always seem to get slower and need upgrades compared to my androids. This phone only last 2 years an for the price I think that is terrible

It is not nearly as god as the Samsung phone. Battery runs down quickly and the home button is a nuisance.

2 years later and I have a better camera and with a new case because camera is slightly bigger. Love iPhone but hoping for an actual upgrade with out having to change maker

I had to switch from galaxy note 7, I decided to go over to the apple family because my family uses iphone. I'm not a fan of it, even my wife that has iphone6s doesnt like it

i was excited to upgrade because of the camera but after a few months the camera did not seem that great and clear. next time, buying the phone with the better camera

It's a great phone but I'm a little torn on this one. I think I like my iPhone 6 better. The water resistant feature is nice but I probably should've waited for the 8.

so far second phone is working. my iPhone 6 was slow and would not keep charge that's why I purchased iPhone 7. think I only needed new battery for iPhone 6

I really have not seen any big difference between the 6 and the 7 models for which I'm quite disappointed. It works okay, but I expected more, just my humble opinion..
