In general I like the phone but I have had problems with it not recognizing my thumbprint and freezing up in the phone app. I will probably exchange it for a new one

Not much different than iPhone 6 for my needs. Don't like 6 digit sign on. Notes disappear when I take it out of holder

My iPhone 7 was not all that I needed i to be it was slower then the iPhone 7+ so I upgraded and have been happy since! If you get a 7 be sure it's a plus version!

I should have Got more storage. I’ve had for about a year and am always struggling with enough GB as far as running aps

This iPhone is perfect for people who like big screens. Unfortunately they didn't have the iPhone 6s so I got the 7.

A little over a year with the phone and the keyboard starting texting on its own and calling people. I tried many different things but it got worse.

This product is not all of what it seems to be it does not provide any extra protection to the phone like a normal case would do it specially for the price

Needed for a gift but I prefer android. Better performance for better prize and greater app collection in android.

iPhone 7 is ok, however the earbuds included with the phone were not working properly. Sometimes the sound goes thru the phone and it makes it vibrate

I think they kind of failed with the 7... if you want to charge your phone you can't listen to your music... also my phone barely works.. from day one

Yep, just got another IPhone for the kids. Nothing different, except Apple keeps slowing down older models. What's new here? lol

I called before I went to pick up my phone and I was told it's was plenty of all colors in stock (exact words) and I only was 10 minutes away and when I arrived at the store, I was told the color I wanted was just sold out. I was upset but ended up getting another color that I didn't really want. I will never get my cell phone from Best Buy again. Next time I will make the effort to stop by the sprint store instead. Other than that, the fine works fine.

The phone was faulty, had to be replaced within 48 hours. Expected more from Apple. My I 5 lasted four years before trade in, never any issues!

The phone is OK, there is nothing new to the iPhone 7 the Samsung Galaxy is a better phone only got this because my son wanted it

Went from Android to iPhone so experiencing frustration. Mostly like it just very annoyed I need a special dongle to connect my headphones.

compared to my samsung 5, the iphone 7 still is a bit awkward. i miss several features such as the use of the phone and the camera features.

Sadly, for the money, I don't think Iphones are the best value. We purchased it for our daughter, who just had to have one.

Screen went black first night, had to re set phone. First 7 kept shutting down while calling.

ok but doesn't do things they showed me in store. Wi-Fi slow. they couldn't help me transfer photo so I had to go to the apple store.
