It's the newest iPhone. Had to replace my wife's and I don't use it but she likes that it works properly.

All the rage about an iPhone was completely a dud for me. I don't see what the big deal is.

Not too much has changed with this iPhone. I like iPhones but don't think it was worth buying a new phone.

I purchased 3 iPhone 7's through Best Buy mobile & not 100% happy with what I was told by the sales staff.

I am pleased with my cell but the night I got it was awful. The computer froze up and I was there 2 1/2 hrs.

The iPhone is not very user-friendly and not very smart compared to the note 5 that I had the iPhone does not figure out who you want to call on a regular basis and bring it up it does not figure out your habits or your patterns like the Samsung does which makes it inferior to the Samsung I think I made a bad choice and took a far step down from the note 5 that I had

At first made random calls, even when turned off. Apple customer service worked with me until resolved.

I've never had an iPhone before and I wish I could trade it back in for the Pixel or an Android phone.

I was very impressed with the phone until I woke up Thursday morning. I saw an alert saying someone was activating my old phone and trying to use it with my number. Apparently the employee who wiped my phone of data screwed up. The problem is that by doing so it got into the wrong hands and it was used for spam. By doing so Apple shut my account down and after 6 hrs of spending time with Best Buy and Apple they still can't figure out how to get me up and running again. It want worth trading it in. I would take that phone back in a heartbeat instead of dealing with this.

not worth the money. this is my third iPhone and although user friendly it doesn't last long enough!

I like apple products, that's all I can say. but Best Buy didn't accept my coupon for 10% reward

Personally not a fan of iphone. Purchased as upgrade for mother in law who has gotten used to iphone.

its ok still some issues working on the kinks. hopefully it will all get worked out

great pure sound but the ear pieces did not fit in my ears. A few people tried them and each time you moved they would fall out. Also the sound wasn't very loud, could have been due to the ear pieces not fitting . I wore them running and they wouldn't stay in the ear. im returning them and going with a different brand that has a smaller ear piece

Like all apple products run out memory Also the charger/ earplugs can't use it at same time

I am very satisfied with the new Apple model which just was released within the last two months.

Good phone that has good options. Wish they had more colors to choose from that were in stock

Everything is the same except they removed the headphone jack.

Disappointed it didn't offer the Portrait option. Discovered this after I bought the phone.

Bought this phone. Was super excited, But it doesn't work as well as the 6 . I may return it .
