Bought the i phone 7 and within the first week it dropped calls alot, restarted itself many time, maybe just a bad phone, but customer service was horrible too

Bought an iPhone 7 on a Friday, on Sunday needed a new SIM card, on Wednesday exchanged for a complete new phone. Best Buy was very accommodating. iPhone takes the blame on this!!

I have to turn it completely off frequently. I am receiving messages that aren't noted on the phone until I turn it off and then back on. Not nearly as reliable as previous IPhones.

After 3 weeks, it would turn itself off and would only turn on after a hard reset. Eventually that didn't even work. Best Buy tried to get Apple to allow an in-store swap but Apple said no. Now I am paying for a phone I don't have and had to buy a $45.00 phone to use temporarily until Apple figures out what is wrong with my phone and fixes it.

Iphone7, iPhone SE Iam not happy with those two phones, I have to do it screen on at least 3 times. It's so inconvenience

This phone had a major problem with its camera just after the 14 day return policy. Fortunately I was able to go to apple and get a brand new replacement.

I got my iPhone 7 a week before Black Friday missed out on 250.00 gift card for Best Buy I have always done business with Verizon will not go to you again

Had an Iphone 4 for several years. Hope to learn more about what the 7 does so I can use it for more things.

Hate that Apple did away with the earbud port. I like using wired earbuds, but refuse to spend so much on light ugh earbuds.

I wasn't informed there was an iPhone 7 plus. Very disappointed. Seemed just as good as my iPhone 6. Sales people should help a little more

This phone has been somewhat of a disappointment. The most frustrating thing is is that the wifi does not usually pickup known signals.

Adrick (sales person) & Franco (manager) provided the worst phone purchase experience I've ever had. Both inexperienced. Transferring info from old phone to new phone took over TWO HOURS and transfer was INCOMPLETE. Did not transfer what they promised would transfer PRIOR to phone purchase. I'll never shop here again. Went to different Best Buy and spent another two hours trying to fix what they did.

I'm not be entirely satisfied with the noise level but I really appreciate bb replacing with another to try and find a quieter one

This will be my first and last iPhone purchase. I've had multiple issues with this phone. My current issue is related to a mic issue when making or receiving phone calls. I've tried all the recommendations provided by Apple support with no success. Apple support is recommending I take the phone to a local Apple store for repair. All my issues have occurred within 6 months of purchase.

Works ok is slow lags a lot and freezes a lot . Not buying again

Very very disappointed- iPhone will not activate. Phone looks new but looks refurbished with none factory seal on outside - they sold me a return !! Nothing GLI can do / they won’t answer their phones to help - buyer beware Best Buy’s is not the same now!

I've had every new iPhone and every time was happier than the time before until now . My 6s works way better than this 7

After buying I learned that Apple has slowed down the phone and battery so one would have to buy the 9 or 10

I would not recommend this phone over the android phones that are the same generation. You can even get a newer generation Samsung for a better price with s bigger screen, better camera and faster speed. Only bought this phone because my son wanted a specific Apple game.

This phone was absolute garbage from day one. The device we received was included in a batch that was defected. Had issues from Day one. Had to pay off phone so we could upgrade to a new one because Verizon wouldn't warranty the phone. Complete garbage. Do not recommend!
