This is the first time ever that I've been disappointed in a new model. Sprint is my carrier and it seems like my phone is constantly thinking. Supposed to be the fastest processor ever but it is slower than my iPhone 6. Couldn't be more disappointed.

Wait until bugs are fixed before buying. Hopefully sooner than later! Outgoing call quality is horrible but was able to get it fixed after a trip to the Apple Store after being on chat and the phone with Apple several times!

Callers could not hear me not matter where in the house I was located. Returned this phone to my dealer and exchanged for a 6S which so far is working well.

I would never recommend an Iphone to anyone. IOS is awful compared to Andriod. The restrictions on iTunes is ridiculous. This phone was my son, that is the only reason I got it. Don't buy an Iphone, get a galaxy 8.

Retuned back to Best Buy. Good customer service but so much trouble with AT&T to apply original promotion. Best Buy reps did all they could to resolve the issue! Tom should be the MVP in Winchester VA!!!

it feels the same as iPhone 6 and 6s - the only difference I could feel was that the phone got very hot with just about 10 mins of usage. Best Buy also charges $50 more than what Apple sells it for.

This phone is awful! Won't hold a charge! The lack of jack makes CC processing a nightmare! DO NOT UPGRADE TO THE iPhone 7! Hate it!

I purchased the phone and experience battery issues. I legit had to recharge the phone at least 4 times a day, It was a great phone on launch but not anymore.

This phone has terrible sound quality. It distorts when on speaker and fades in and out. I got the phone for my mom and when I'm talking to her its totally obnoxious.

The phone audio cuts out regularly. Exchanged first one thinking it was a defective phone but the replacement has the same problem. Impossible to conduct any conversation.

Could not receive calls at home, never had a problem with the i6. Finally had to retune and go back to the I6.
