Phone works great. Features are different than previous phones (I had a really old one), but I got used to it quickly.

Not sure if the 8 is worth it over the 7 but I love the extra stuff.

Great price, very user friendly, fits in my pocket and my hand

This is of greater used to me especially in my line of work as a caregiver I received my work schedule thru the phone and take pictures to send to the office, handy in my hand and as of now the battery I think last longer I do not need to kept charging it. This is the second iPhone I used and I plan to kept using iPhone in the future.

I had been buying used iPhones for the last 7-8 years and my last one, the 5S, was on its last leg. I wanted a brand new phone this time but didn't want to jump all of the way to the X. I visited my local Best Buy and looked at the 8, they had new ones in stock at the right price. I'm pleased with it and it's size. It works wonderfully.

iPhone dependability. Like the upgrades. Nice size and weight.

My only complaint so far is that the phone itself is slick and flies out of my hands way too easily! had to get a sticky cover so the phone doesn't slide out of my hands just holding it. Still having to get used to the new layout and missing some of my apps because the developer is behind the times and hasn't updated the app, but I am very happy 1 month in.

Not too impressed with the new iPhone, doesn't seem to have any special specs that wasn't on my previous phone (6S). But it does the job and the plan is cheaper than my previous plan so that's also good.

Battery on old phone finally just about died! The iPhone 8 was a great deal during Christmas promotion. Just couldn't pass it up!

I recently upgraded to the new iPhone because Apple got caught throttling the speeds of older units to sell new units. I didn't really want to upgrade (I was quite happy with my 6S), but I do like this newer phone. I especially appreciate the upgraded Home button, and it really is faster. Call quality and build quality continue to be excellent.

Chose the 8 over X which I am very happy with due to the size

I wasn't going too upgrade from my i-phone 6 too the 8, the 6 is working just fine, BUT I decided too go for it, Holy Moly what a difference, why did I wait so long, the câmara is my favorite it's awesome, I just got so I'm still figuring everything out, Don't wait go get one..

I purchased this phone because I wanted an Apple Watch 4 and I had to have an iPhone. The 8 was about half the cost of a Xs. I am a fairly light smartphone user and this phone is more than sufficient. I was using a Galaxy S9 which is a slightly nice and bigger phone but I am giving that to my wife who does more pictures with her phone.

My old phone kept me tethered to the wall recharging. Apple has mercifully granted this one a few more years of decent battery life. It's easier to use because screen is large enough for my fat fingers. The phone is attractive and, of course, plays well with all my other Apple devices. Biggest downside: makes me want to buy more stuff!
