This was a wonderful upgrade from my old 5 model. I now have a non scratched face on my phone, the color is really a pretty red and my photos now are really pretty and I am proud to show them off. It down loads everything faster and it is nice to have all the current upgrades. '

The picture quality is awesome on the phone. A little more challenging to use then my old phone, But still good!

Had a seamless transition from my iPhone 6. Battery is much better than the 6, but think it could still be better.

My wife likes the smaller phones. As this is one of the last small phones on the market she may have this one for awhile. Luckily the phone is of high quality and so maybe someone will realize that there is a market out there for the smaller sized phones.

No problems. Easy to use. Well you know the drill with iPhones. Update, update update. iPhone keeps us buying better and new ones. I usually keep mine until the battery only lasts Half a day so that is why I upgraded.

Had this iPhone for 3 weeks now and have enjoyed everything about it. Actually weighed this vs the iPhone X and could not justify getting X over 8 when considering the bump in cost. And I heard plenty of friends, co-workers say the same thing, and now I see why. The 8 has everything I need.

My wife took the 8 while I took the XS. It's the perfect size for her smaller hand, she likes touchID and the camera (with live photo features) are great to capture all the little moments with our kids. She's happy and the phone itself is just as good as we expected.

The phone works well. I tried an Android phone, but it missed texts between groups where they were using Apple phones. This is a known Apple issue, with forces people to stick with apple. Not impressed by Apples failure to fix this, The phone is overpriced for the value.

Me and my wife came in to get a phone for my daughter and the service was amazing, from the manager who came and help me to the employee who took care of us made sure we picked the right color and phone for my daughter. Thanks again for the amazing time we will definitely be back.

This phone was to replace my daughters 5e. Of course she wanted the new iPhone 11 Pro. This phone was easy to setup right out of the box, transferred all of her previous materials over, no problem. Everyone is happy and we spent a lot less.

I'm one of those guys that still enjoy the buttons on phones. I had the iphone 7 and finally upgraded to iphone 8 because its the last model that has the button. I love the phone and its ease of use. Graphics are better too.

I recently upgraded to the iPhone 8 and love it. A lot of people didn't like the iPhone X and after checking it out, neither did I. I still like the option of having a home button so I went with the 8. It seems to have better battery life than the iPhone 6 as well.

It was time for an upgrade, and I chose the iPhone 8. Very user-friendly and more storage than my old phone

The iPhone 8 is such a step up from my previous iPhone, the 5s, that it goes without saying that it is head and shoulders above all of my previous smart phone experience. That this version also supports (PRODUCT) RED makes it an even better choice. And it is a GREAT red, too!

This is a new iPhone, but not the latest model. It is a reasonable price for an iPhone. My only issue was the best buy website. It had me ordering 2 and I needed tech assistance to delete the duplicate. The tech person was wonderful.

Battery on phone is great. At times people have a hard time hearing me so not sure if it’s the phone or not

I bought this brand new Apple - iPhone 8 64GB - Space Gray for my girlfriend. She loves it. Now, I will take her back to Best Buy to pick-out the protective case of her choice. Lois of Best Buy did a great job of answering all my questions and making helpful suggestions.

Purchased for my daughter to replace an SE, awesome offer at time of purchase makes for two happy people.

You used to have to use passcode to turn off an iPhone. Great for find phone as thief could not turn it off until they find a spot with no signal to try and break into it. Even with parental settings it can just be turned off. The location settings seem to be a hit and miss lately also. Ours says we are logging in from Texas which is thousands of miles from home As far as the camera and speed and apps it’s amazing. Apple is still our phone of choice

iPhones are TOUGH! My daughter had her last one for three years. We finally replaced it as it was starting to get 'twitchy.' She had her prior one for three yrs as well and even though you could see the 'guts' where a piece of the glass face had fallen out, it still worked.
