Went to Best Buy looking at new TVs and ended up buying my wife a new iPhone. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. My wife needed a new phone and now she finally has one she loves.

as with all Apple products, this one is great too It'll probably last forever because of the great design and quality. Easily synchs with my other Apple products in the Apple ecosystem!!

Waited a little too long to upgrade because my previous iPhone no longer had space for storage. Thrilled with this iPhone. Great apps and widgets.Looking forward to getting to know all it's nuances.

I went from an iPhone 6 to this and I love this phone and everything about it the camera is amazing and all the displays are so much brighter. I wouldn't have imagined apple would have gotten any better.

We ordered the iPhone 8 from Best Buy as Christmas gift for my daughter. Checkout and shipping were great! I loved the fact that we did not need to activate the phone until after she opened it her gift.

Had some problems connecting my phone and making my iMessages work. Finally worked after a week!

It’s a great phone . I have always had an Android, after getting an iPad I have wanted the iPhone for a few years now. After purchasing this one my only regret is not getting one sooner!

We forgot to backup my wife’s iPhone and the salesperson went above and beyond and helped us backup the phone to close the deal. No wait, no drama.

So my daughter's iphone 5c was aging, being nearly 4 years old, and my iPhone 6 stopped working correctly, and I'm watching the lawsuit against Apple with glee. I wanted to go Samsung, but she loves apple, so I took one for the team, fully charged my "6" so it would work when evaluated for trade in, and got this phone as the 'buy one' part of the special AT&T was running under their Next program. Of course, my '6' was a 64Gb, and was nearly full after 3 1/2 years, so I sort of talked myself into getting the 256Gb beast. Apple could simplify all of our lives (theirs and ours) by just providing a slot for a standard memory expansion card (micro SD?) like other makers do for Android phones. Would make transferring or printing photos ever so much less sucky. BB staff was decent to work with, although some of the conversations between team members about disciplinary discussions were kind of unprofessional. Keep that stuff in the break room please.

You can't ask for a better phone--easy to use, beautiful graphics, great camera--and the price is now much more reasonable since the newer edition has come out. I would highly recommend this.

I went from a iPhone 5s which was good phone to the iPhone 8 which is a great phone. So far everything its working smoothly with no problems hope it will lasts as long as my old phone did.

Upgraded from a 16gb 6S plus. Well worth the extra GB; uploading the cloud more trouble than it's worth, waiting for apps to download and open. Plus I wanted a phone that easily fit in a pocket.

This was a small upgrade from my iphone 7. I'm sure there are a lot of new features but day to day there isn't much difference from the iphone 7. I upgraded primarily because my iphone 7 was aging at almost 3 years old and I wanted QI wireless charging to go with my new car and I could get rid of a lot of wires.

Love the camera. Love almost everything about it. My only grief is that they don’t provide Wireless headphones. I y an attachment to add your buds. Not cool I keep misplacing the attachment!!!

Still learning all of the technology in the iPhones but this model (8) has great features & I love the size. I can still use all of my awesome phone covers I had purchased for my 6! : )

I GOT MY 12 & 15 YEAR OLD NEW PHONES FOR CHRISTMAS, THEY DIDNT GET THE X BUT THEY GOT THE 8

Enjoying my new phone. Had a few problems getting ringtones moved over but that has been resolved finally. Also problems with getting voicemail on this phone but AT T resolved that issue.

I finally updated my old iPhone to this model and am happy with the purchase. The store employee was knowledgeable and made the transaction easy. This is one of many Apple products purchased.

I’m always happy with Apple products but can always find room for improvements. Like a better camera. Samsung definitely takes more detailed and clearer pictures day or night and zoomed in.
